Is there a way to restrict who can re-open service orders that have been billed and closed? This will apply to appointments as well.

Hi! Unfortunately service orders nor appointments can be reopened after billed. Unless:
- The invoice or sales orders created from billing the service order/appointments is deleted (this applied if the invoice hasn’t been released yet)
- The invoice is reversed → find more information about this on the help: Correcting Service Order Billing and Correcting Appointment Billing
What are the reasons to reopen a billed service orders or appointments (at least in your case)?
