Solved

Has anyone else experienced incorrect time zones being logged in the timecard from Appointment Logs? We are seeing incorrect time zones even for the same customer on the same day. I have reported this and the suggested solution is to manually change our settings on our mobile devices. Development team does not think this is an issue and is not moving forward to fix. If it is happening to others we need to get it reported.

I have successfully added a Purchase Return record by running this BE as Trigger by Action. When I change it to Trigger by Record Change/Record Inserted, and add a new record to the GI, it does not run. I am using a Shared Filter of Return Approved in the BE; could that by why?GI and BE are attached.

Hi Team,In the Sales Order (SO301000) – Add Items / Inventory Lookup popup, the Inventory field is automatically populated based on the Inventory selected on the current Sales Order line using the FieldSelecting event. This implementation works as expected in the Classic UI. However, in the Modern UI, the same FieldSelecting logic only populates the Inventory value in the field but does not apply the filter to the grid.Expected Result:When the Add Items popup opens, the Inventory field should be populated with the Inventory from the current Sales Order line, and the ItemInfo grid should immediately be filtered accordingly, without requiring the user to manually enter or reselect the Inventory value.

Hi community,We are using Acumatica Manufacturing Edition and facing an issue on the Labor / AM301000 screen. We want to prevent shop floor operators (e.g., Laser Cut operators) from reporting labor on operations assigned to other Work Centers (e.g., Press or Packaging).Currently, when an operator enters a Production Order, the lookup selector shows all operations for that order (e.g., 0010 Laser, 0020 Press, 0030 Packing). Operators occasionally select the wrong operation by mistake, leading to incorrect labor reporting. We tried: Setting up shared filters/tabs on the Dispatch Center, but the lookup in AM301000 still shows all operations. Checking Restriction Groups, but Work Centers (AM) do not seem to be available as a restriction entity in standard CS102000. Is there a standard, no-code way (via Business Events, Generic Inquiries, or configuration settings) to restrict or filter the Operation ID lookup in AM301000 based on the logged-in user or their assigned Work Center? Thanks in

Hello,I have added the Mass Action Release to the GI Reconciliation Statements, but when attempting to release, the following error occurs. Unable to cast object of type 'PX.Objects.CA.CARecon' to type 'PX.Data.PXResult`1[PX.Objects.CA.CARecon]'. at PX.Data.PXFirstChanceExceptionLogger.ProfilerFirstChanceException(Object o, FirstChanceExceptionEventArgs args) at PX.Objects.CA.CAReconEntry.release(PXAdapter adapter) at PX.Data.PXAction`1.RunHandler(PXAdapter adapter) at PX.Data.PXAction`1.<Press>d__39.MoveNext() at PX.Data.PXAction`1.<Press>d__39.MoveNext() at PX.Data.Maintenance.GI.GIFilteredProcessing.<>c__DisplayClass36_1.<PerformAction>b__2(GenericResult rec, Int32 index) at PX.Data.Maintenance.GI.GIFilteredProcessing.<>c__DisplayClass35_0.<HandleProcessingExceptionsFor>b__0(GenericResult gr, Int32 i) at PX.Data.Maintenance.GI.GIFilteredProcessing.HandleProcessingExceptionsFor(GenericResult item, Int32 itemIndex, Func`3 action) at PX.Data.Maintena

Hi, can I please get your input on this scenario? A customer has 2 AR invoices in Acumatica and a payment is created separately using 2 different cash accounts. However, the customer transferred the whole lump sum payment to one bank account. This now appears in Bank Feeds for one cash account only and cannot be processed because the amount isn’t matched. I can’t clear and reconcile this, what is the best approach to fix? Thanks

When is Finance, under Budgets I am trying to set up drivers.  I could not find any help/utilization documents on how the drivers work and how they can be set up.Can anyone point me towards any information on how to use drivers?

Hello!I see that there are two fields naming Product Inventory ID and Parent Inventory ID on 'Inventory planning Results by Item' screen. Can someone please explain me the difference? Thank You

I have followed all the proper steps to set up the Outlook Plugin for Accumatica. I am able to click the add in and have it pull the name and contact from the email properly. I then want to log that email as an activity and I am able to do that properly. Once I am taken to the next page of the add in, I select the entity in which I want the email to be linked to. I then click “create” and then it loads for a second then I am taken back to the initial Log Activity screen. I check my accumatica and the email has not been uploaded. I am unsure of where the issue is occurring and I have checked that I have all of the proper permissions.

Hi everyone, We created a set of custom screens under a new workspace/folder (SA* screens). In our development tenant, we configured Access Rights by Screen (SM201020) such that only our dedicated custom roles have access (Delete), and all other roles are set to Revoked  In the Customization Project, the screens were included under Access Rights.   The Issue: When deploying and publishing the package to existing test instances (where previous versions had been published earlier), the permissions work as expected—only our custom roles have access. However, when installing this package on a fresh, virgin instance/tenant for a customer, all roles in the system end up with full (Delete) access to our custom screens instead of having them revoked.   Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated!  Thank you

In all the Sales Profitability Reports there are two flags to choose: Released Transactions Only and Completed Transactions Only.Released Transactions Only is easy to understand as it will display only released invoices or all invoices regardless they are released. My question is about Completed Transactions Only. What does actually mean completed transactions? I thought it was closed invoices but, based on the testing I did, it does not seem it is that.

Good day CommunityPlease can someone assist me in try to find the node in the role permissions that will enable me to display the field below for a user. The user has full Delete permissions for everything I can find for Time & Expenses. Some of the nodes can’t be changed from Inherited to Delete, but if they are inheriting from an upper tier there should not be a problem, should there? I just can’t find the right node to make this field visible. Any help would be gratefully received.RegardsBarbara

Hello everyone in the community,I am working in the Acumatica Report Designer customizing the Accounts Payable report AP632500.rpx (AP Vendor Summary / Details). I need some help to solve a total accumulation issue with USD amounts in the group footers.Technical Context & What We've Done So Far: Currency filtering (CuryID): We modified the detail cells for the Monto USD and Saldo USD columns with a conditional so they only display data when the document is in USD and remain empty (Null ) for peso (MXN) vendors, avoiding visual duplication. Sign inversion: We applied logic to subtract documents of type ADR, CRM, and PPM. Current formulas in detail cells: Monto USD: =IIf([APRegister.CuryID] = 'USD', IIf([APRegister.DocType]='ADR' Or [APRegister.DocType]='CRM' Or [APRegister.DocType]='PPM', -1 * [APRegister.CuryOrigDocAmt], [APRegister.CuryOrigDocAmt]), Null) Saldo USD: =IIf([APRegister.CuryID] = 'USD', IIf([APRegister.DocType]='ADR' Or [APRegister.DocType]='CRM' Or [APRegi

Dear ALL,Is there a DAC in Acumatica that provides the opening inventory balance (ideally by period or date) for an item by Lot/Serial number without requiring customization?Specifically, I want to create an “Inventory In-Out-Balance Report by Lot/Serial” for each item by Lot/Serial number for any desired time range, as shown below. To create this report, I need a field that calculates the opening inventory balance based on the specific reporting period.  Best Regards,NNT

Quick question about the new Inventory release process introduced in 25R2: does the setting apply to a Tenant or the entire Instance when selected in the Production Preferences screen? We are interested in the feature, but of course we will need to test it to ensure compatibility with our workflows and customizations. The warning on the release notes is giving me pause:I don’t want to make a permanent change if it will break our manufacturing processes over in our production tenant. Thank you for any insight you can provide,

Hello all,I have an import scenario to create SOs from quotes and there are scenarios where the same item might exist in the quote before converting to an SO. Now upon running the import, since Acumatica would find duplicate values (Item IDs), it stops the routine. Any ideas how can I allow the routine to import the duplicate Item IDs in the single order?  Kindly suggest.

Has anyone tried ACUMATICA integration with Click Up or Monday as Project Management System for Asia region? Much appreciated for your information and sharing on how it worked also what are the challenges during implementation, Thank you

Hi everyone,I need to generate and print the Customer Statement report for a customer in USD, but Acumatica keeps showing/converting the amounts into our base currency (MXN).Where in Acumatica can I select or configure the statement to be printed in the original transaction currency (USD)? Can I add the “Remove Hold, Release After Save” option? When I add “Remove Hold,” on import scenario I get an error saying that “Remove Hold” is disabled. but its working on save

I am currently configuring an automated invoice emailing process in Acumatica using Business Events + Email Notifications + Attached Reports. My setup is the following:Business Event Type: Trigger by Record Change Screen: AR Open Invoice (GI based) Trigger Condition: Old Status = Balanced New Status = Open Subscriber Type: Email Notification Attached Report: AR641000 - Invoice/Memo “Use Event as Data Source” is enabled Source Table = ARInvoiceThe Business Event and Email Notification are working correctly:The email is successfully sent The subject/body correctly resolves dynamic values such as: ((ARInvoice_refNbr)) ((ARInvoice_docType)) The Related Entity in Business Event history correctly shows the invoice reference number The AR641000 report displays correctly when manually run from the screenHowever, the issue is that the PDF attachment generated from the Email Notification is blank. The PDF structure/layout loads, but no invoice data appears inside the report.I already test that

I’m trying to follow the examples to change the CSS styling of a row within a grid: I’ve a custom field that gives the quantity allocated on each Sales Order details line and want to change the colour of that line to highlight when it isn’t fully allocated. So I started with this: UI Events: Changing of the CSS for a Row of a Table • UI Development Guide • Acumatica Beacon(And added handleEvent, CustomEventType, RowCssHandlerArgs to the import {} from “client-controls” ) @handleEvent(CustomEventType.GetRowCss, { view: "Transactions" }) getReceivedRowCss(args: RowCssHandlerArgs<SOLine>): string { const split = args?.selector?.row; if (split != null && split.UsrQtyAllocated.value < split.UnshippedQty.value) { return "bold-row"; } return undefined; }Where UnshippedQty is a standard field in SOLine. UsrQtyAllocated is defined in (DAC) SOCustomisations.SOLineExt, and in the .ts file as:export class SOLine_SOCustomisations

Hi Team, Do you know whether Acumatica supports E invoicing concepts. Do we require any customizations? Regards,Nithya

Hi, E-invoicing (Peppol) represents a new evolution in accounting and is likely to significantly impact existing systems and processes. Countries such as Singapore and the UAE have already announced mandatory timelines, requiring businesses to upgrade their systems to meet compliance requirements. My question is from a product perspective: are there any plans from Acumatica / MYOB Acumatica to extend or enhance e-invoicing functionality to support countries beyond Australia? Would really appreciate if anyone share their experience of exploring the option to integrate with MYOB Accumatica ?
