Hello! I’m trying to create an Generic Inquiry that pulls data from our Sales Orders and Support Cases; however, I believe I’m having issues with configuring it properly. As of right now, I have it set up to where it can pull information from Sales Orders (Order qty, order total, etc.), but I can’t seem to pull a certain attribute from our Support Cases. When I add the attribute to the GI list, it just shows up empty. I’m assuming I don’t have a relation set up properly somewhere? All help is appreciated! 

Hello,We have below requirement to trigger an automated email to the customers.RequirementWe have created the new Notification Template in Acumatica.  When we create a form in Magento, that activity will be created in Acumatica as Opportunity. - This part working fine. We have triggered an email with that Notification Template and observed everything workign fine. But we are pending with automation email part. As soon as opportunity is created in Acumatica, it should trigger an email to client.  Could you please let know how to achevie this part. Best Regards,Naveen B

We have this inquiry and we need to allow users to edit the pivot table using the gear icon, we tried providing delete access right of this screen to the role where the users assigned to.Unfortunately they keep getting kicked out of the screen when they click on the gear icon.Any idea why is that?

Hi SirAnyone can advise how to the transaction flow for the Return to Vendor Process in Acumatica as the return will be replacement back instead of refund the payment to us.We understand that once inventory issued , it will reflected to inventory stock ( reduced) and increase the cost of purchase. CR : INVENTORYDR : Purchase ( cost of good sold)However, if this return is send to vendor for repair/rework and it will be send back to us again.If based on above double entry , CR: Inventory and DR : Purchase , it will reduce the inventory qty and increase the purchase (cost of good sold)Not sure how it record in system while we waiting for the goods send back from vendor where not reflected the puchase and inventory? otherwise it will effected the cost of goods sold on particular month Hope to hear from you soon.Thank you 

Hello everyone, A total newbie here to Acumatica Report designer, so please forgive my question...but how to i precisely set the size of a group header section in the report designer?At the moment, there are about 4-5 blank lines that is being used up by the address section and it it pushing my document layout further down, so how do it fix this please?  Kind regards,Melq 

Is there a way to show the total of the line discounts, in the discount field and on the printed PO the same as when the whole document is discounted?  This would be easier to identify and compare with confirmations and invoices from vendors.

Has anybody attempted to set access rights based on conditions or is this even possible?For example - suppose I want a technician to have complete editing access to appointments, but once the status is changed to Completed, they now have View Only rights.Or, if the technician was assigned to the appointment, access rights = Delete, but if the technician was not assigned to the appointment, access rights = View Only.

When uploading a PDF invoice into Acumatica via Google Chrome v. 86.0.4240.111 it results in blank pages showing up in the uploaded document. We are running Acumatica Cloud ERP 2020 R1 Build 20.110.0017. This issue also occurred in our previous version of Acumatica Cloud ERP, but not the previous version of Google Chrome. This issue is occurring for multiple users on the same version of Acumatica Cloud ERP and Google Chrome. However, when the same PDF files are scanned first, then, uploaded, the issue does NOT occur. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi, This morning, I logged into Acumatica thinking I would make some final changes to an email campaign before sending. As a final check, just to make sure everything performs as I expect, I tried to send myself a test copy. However, when I attempted to do this, I ran into an error. “535: 5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful.” Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, could you help point me in the right direction to resolve it? I would greatly appreciate any advice the community can provide. I am fairly new to Acumatica’s marketing tools and am still trying to learn my way around.In case it’s helpful, I created a screen capture which shows the exact steps I took to create the email send which led up to the error. Does anybody know what this warning message means? It’s in the Run Appointment Billing and Run Service Order Billing screens. “Some Documents are not visible on this screen, they have not billing settings associated.”

Hi Everybody,I know Acumatica is designed for cloud environment which I assume it means it is built for virtual environments.  Now… I have customers running Acumatica on physical servers who want to virtualise their Acumatica environment.  I’ve never thought of the following question:Are there any drawbacks/limitations to doing this virtualisation, I mean moving Acumatica to virtual machines?Many thanks for your thoughts and recommendations.

Would it be possible to create a repository screen of sorts to upload PDFs and have them appear as a list? The issue I am trying to mitigate is that with wikis you can upload files but you also need to grab the link associated with the file and then post it on the wiki. Is there any way around this or another screen that I am not aware of?

Does anyone know the correct field to set the check number to on the Micr line report.  If I set the check number parameter to PaymentMethodAccount.APLastRefNbr the whole line disappears.  If I take it out the account and routing numbers show up fine but no check number.  I have also tried APPaymnet.ExtRefNbr same results …..   Thank you.

Hi would like to clarify the Acumatica system logic for inventory and purchase .does it mean system capture into purchase only Issue inventory ?  Credit : inventory , Debit : purchase ?once AP bill created , it will go to credit trade payable and debit to PO in accrual ?  if above understanding correct , Does it mean don’t have closing stock in Acumatica system? only purchase where equal to cost of good sold?

Is there a way to submit a shipment method request to Fedex for Saturday delivery?  I do not see a shipment method in our instance of Acuamtica that has that service listed as an option.  I contacted a Fedex technical employee and he provided the following information, but I don’t know if this is something I can add in, if it needs to be a product enhancement, or if it’s already in there somewhere. Web services handles Saturday Delivery for Express shipments under the special services section.  Please keep in mind you also have to select the appropriate shipment date and service to go with Saturday delivery. (Ex.  FedEx 2 day will ship on a Thursday and be able to have Saturday Special service.  If you select Standard Overnight on a Monday with a special service of Saturday it will fail because Standard overnight sent on a Monday would be delivered on a Tuesday.)  Here is the transaction section for the special service.  The first and last lines is not needed for the special service bu

Hello,     I have a requirement that to sorting lines on pick list by item priority. Note: not by location priority. That is , supposing item A with priority 1, which is highest, item A would become the first line on pick list no matter what locations item A are stocked.     It is not too difficult on 1 warehouse situation. I just add a field on stock item screen to let user set 1 to 100. And sorting on pick list by this user field.      However, if the instance has multiple warehouses, and these warehouses might have different priorities on items. That would make things complicated.      A workable way I can think out of is such I add multiple fields on stock item, 1 field for 1 warehouse. And for different warehouses, using an independent pick list form which sorted by different priority field.     It can be a way to fulfill the need, but it is not quite smart. Can somebody give me a talent idea? Thank you in advance.

Hi Everyone,We are seeing few of the customers having incorrect balances and everytime when we observe this we are running the “Validate Customer Balances’ processing screen then Customers are updating with the proper balances.As we have huge number of customers in the system, this process is taking so much of time.Do we have any other alternative to find only the customers which are having incorrect balances, so that we will run this process only for those customers.

I recently joined the opportunity and sales order tables (and vice versa). It has been working perfectly until recently. On the opportunities screen, I’ve noticed a behavior where information from the associated sales orders isn’t being pulled over for some opportunities (see the image below). On the sales order screen, it looks like every sales order is being correctly associated with the correct opportunity ID, so the issue is isolated to opportunities. Also, these opportunities do not have multiple sales orders associated either. Any suggestions on what could be going wrong here?  

Hello,         Currently, If I switch “credit verification ”from “Credit limit” to “disabled”, the previous set credit limit amount would be cleared.        Actually, can I have this be kept instead of cleared. Because next time, or some time later, I would like to make the verification enabled and just use the same credit limit amount.
