Error on quantity

I am currently unable to run an invoice due to this error can anyone assist?

Hi @Rochelle 
I have seen this error being related to allocation. 

  • Review that all serialized stock items have all serial numbers defined 
  • If the error continues try deleting of cancelling the stock items lines and adding them again
  • Else, i would suggest creating a case
