I have noticed on Employee pay slips, for pay weeks that straddle anniversary date ,the weekly annual leave accrual is less or a Proportion of the normal expected accrual (for us 2.92 hrs)  . It returns to normal for the rest of the year. Can anyone help me explain this to employees ? I am confident the annual accrual is correct Thanks

Is anyone aware of a 3rd party time entry application that would allow for entering time for service order appointments, projects, and manufacturing orders?It doesn’t need to have a native integration to Acumatica, as that is something we can build. Ideally, we would push appointment numbers, project/task numbers, and production order numbers to the time entry app. Then, the time entries would push back to the appropriate places in Acumatica (appointment log, timecard, and labor transaction).

Hello,QTY on Orders is available for normal POs.  Help indicates this should only be available for Blanket POs.Does this serve any purpose on a normal PO?  It seems either the documentation below is wrong or Acumatica is functioning incorrectly as this is available for a standard PO. 

I’ve been having trouble getting a custom event handler to fire. I have a customer who prepares statements monthly and distributes via email and mail. They utilize a 3rd party printing service that requires all multi-page statements to be isolated from single page statements.Would love to filter by mutli page first and single page next or something along those lines. Is there a way to do this utilizing the =PageOf function, some kind of grouping, or something similar? 

Good day all, I have a self-hosted public-dns trial version of a 22R2 setup Build 22.206.0035 and I’m trying to enable Google SSO following this guide, but after enabling the options in the features the Google option still does not show up for me at login. I’m trying to better understand the cycle count process using the ABC codes.  I understand how to set the counts and allocate the percentages, but I want to understand what date the system is using as a starting point for the calculation.I’m not able to find anything that can tell me what date is used or how we can modify this date.Does anyone have any insight as to where or how I can find this information?

Hey Guys,Looking to create a workflow where an SO goes into a status of Awaiting review, and is not released until there is a file uploaded to various lines in the SO, and there is an approved status on a custom field.Is there anyway once a file is uploaded to automate an email to the customer, with the attachment of that file, with a green and red button on the email they can click approve or decline, or need review.if they click approve, it feeds a business event back to the SO screen and releases it, and if they decline it send an email to our team requesting revisions.Can anyone help me as to having hyperlinks in the email body that allow this to happen. Cheers.

Hi,Is there a way for me to set us fixed asset approval flow in the system? Currently there is no approval in that I can assign approval map in Fixed Asset Preferences. Hi,Has anyone encounter issue where you imported the Appointments with line detail successfully, but the service order that created automatically from the imported appointments has missing line detail? When I created the appointment manually, the service order that created automatically has no issue with line detail, only when using import scenario that this issue happen. Thank you. Regards,Chern

Hi All, I am creating an import scenario for sales orders and after a lot of troubleshooting I was able to get to the end of it without any errors, however after importing my data I saw that Line Description is coming up as blank.I believe that is because of the highlighted info on the screenshot below where I set it to Null. However I don’t know how else to get the data that I need to be in the false statement.My if statement is supposed to bring the item description from my import file if the item id is “!” (exclamation mark) otherwise, just use the description that the system uses based on the inventory id. Essentially, in this situation, the “!” is a comment item, so it should change as per the import file, otherwise it’s an actual stock item, thus should use the description set in Acumatica.I tried looking into the internal fields but could not find the name of the field to bring it up, if it is that simple.Does anybody have an idea? Thanks!Clauber  

is it possible to import multiple units of measure conversions on the same import scenario?  

We are using an automation to create cases from our Work Orders outlook email. We’re running into a couple issues. First is duplicate cases. Ex. If someone replies all it adds a RE: to the front of the subject and creates a new case. Or if a new contact is added to the email it creates a new case. Now we have multiple cases for one conversation. Second - The attachments in the email (in activities) does not transfer over when creating SO from Case. Is there a way to have the attachments from the email transfer over?

Good day everyone,I’m looking for advice on handling daily releases for large purchase orders in Acumatica. One of my clients places substantial weekly purchase orders with their suppliers (500 lines or more), but due to space constraints in their warehouse, they send the total order qty while requesting daily deliveries. This way, the supplier is aware of the total quantity but ships it in smaller, daily increments.Basically we are looking for an operation like this example:  They manage a high volume of part numbers with variations in model, size, and color (matrix items), which adds complexity to the process. Has anyone encountered a similar scenario, and if so, what strategies have worked for you to streamline this kind of operation?We explored the option of blanket orders but having to generate 6 purchase orders is extremely impractical for the customer.Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!Thank you in advance.Regards.

For some time now the bills and adjustments screen is taking a long time to load. It takes around 8 - 10 seconds. We have 31k records on there. What can we do to improve this load time?

Is there a way to default the warehouse of the production order from the bill of material rather than the inventory item?

Is there a good way to clear out the messages in the email queue? We have a ton of garbage messages I would like to just delete.
