Hello,

Is anyone familiar with this error on the Assignment and Approval Maps? If I go into “Add Approval Map”, I can see all of the approvals in the system, but for some reason this screen we are getting this error on.

 

I am an admin, and I have access it tells me.

After talking with Acumatica,

That is a known bug  AC-333605 , the error happens when

 

  • There are two approval/assignment map for APInvoice and APPayment simultaneously
  • The Subaccount feature is disabled

 

The issue will be fixed in 2025R1 .
