Good morning allI'm sure this is a simple question but currently I can't for the life of me think of what I should do.  I have 2 invoices that have been paid via BPay - so the payment has gone through as one.  It isn't letting me match the two invoices with the payment - even if I tick "Match to Multiple Payments".  Any help on this very wet and windy (Cyclone is coming) Friday morning. 

Hi!I’m wanting to use audit history to report on when a Project Task went from Active to Completed or Cancelled for example? Has anyone does this before, or can recommend the right table to use in a GI?

We are currently in the process of upgrading our Acumatica instance from 22.120.0019 to 23.109.0023.During the testing of our API integration, we have noticed that we are no longer able to push through a Sales Order that has a negative value in the Unit Price field, and we are presented with the following error: Incorrect value. The value to be entered must be greater than or equal to 0. I tried to capture a SO manually, to check if the same issue exists, and indeed it does:If I attempt to save the SO, it changes the value to 0.00 Question:Is this ability now completely removed, or is there a configuration setting relating to this that I can change to allow the negative value?PS. I searched through the release notes for 22R2 & 23R1, but I couldn’t find something specific to this.

One of our reports, the print invoice report, is now showing multiple of the same item. I assume its from a bad join, but I’m not sure where it is or how to fix it. 

Good day,I have multi branch/company environment.  I have a new Canada Company starting shortly.  Based on what I read so far is the CA Company needs a based currency of CAD and a separate ledger.  All the CA company transactions will be done in our CA Company, separate customers, vendors, etc.  Also a new cash accounts.Ledgers:  Do I need two CA Ledgers:  One for Actual and One for Reporting? Translations:  I need to be able to report in CAD and consolidate/translate into USD for consolidated reporting.My overall needs are to have CAD reports for taxes and Consolidated reports for Overall company financials by branch.Thank you in advance for your assistance.Evan

If a WC has multiple machine, I cannot stop Acumatica from scheduling the one WO in multiple machines. My customer wants to schedule only one work order per machine, so we have each machine as a WC with only one Machine.Based on Demand and capacity analysis, we have fixed machines for each SKU. the client checks the WC capacity and updates the WO’s Work center before releasing and scheduling. I am able to update the work center manually in the production details screen after putting in on HOLD. But I need to update the Work Center of open Work order via import, because at any movement I can have hundreds of work order which are open and which need WC center update.

Hi,I have problem with PXSelector on acumatica 24 R2, bql query worked fine for previous versions but not on the 24 R2. Now it gives odd message “The method or operation is not implemented”. The Staff Calendar board and Calendar board give a good illustration on Staff members not assigned to appointments for the day.Appointment Summary provide information on Appointments and can be filtered per Staff member.How do I get the field service staff members per day that has not been assigned to any appointments out in a GI    

Does anyone know how to get a report of line-item purchase history including item description?

Has anyone ever had a report parameter not show up in the navigation parameters on a GI? I made Two simple reports to be used for printing labels. I added a parameter on both. The parameter shows up in the report screens. But when I try to add it to the side panel of a GI, the parameters  arent populated in the navigation parameter pull down. i tried adding existing reports to the new gi and they go in just fine (last screenshot). I created two separate reports today and this happened on both of them. i tried comparing an older report to a new one and i cant find a difference. i also tried copying a report and making a slight change and upload with a new site location and it didnt work either. 

I’m just starting to use the Prepmt. Invoices to collect customer prepayments from the Sales Order. It all works perfectly until the moment I prepare the nomal Invoice and try to release it. The invoice status goes to “Open” but I get this error message:  "Sequence contains no elements".The prepmt invoices remain unapplied.Is it a bug or am I missing something in the setup.

I'm working on a query to join GLTran data to Sales Order (SOOrder or SOLine) and need some pointers if anyone knows.From what little I could find, I need to join GLTran and Sales Order through ARTran. I have the join between GLTran and ARTran producing correct results. However, I'm struggling on the Sales Order to ARTran join as it's not producing the correct results. Any other Acumatica users in Canada trying to implement the Tax holiday?We have changed the tax status of all our products that qualify, but any orders that were entered previous to today are still having GST applied. Is there an easier way to fix that than having someone manually change the tax status of every single item on every single invoice? We are a toy wholesale company, so as you can imagine that is a lot of items and invoice we would have to manually touch.

Hello, Has anyone had issues with the Shopify Connector after Change_ID of a Stock Item in Acumatica?Even if the ERP_Id and the External_Id matches, the POS orders from Shopify generate an error that the item is not found in the ERP. 

When you Alt+Ctrl in the SO301000 screen for SOLine details. It gives you the element properties. How do you use this information to add it to an endpoint? Specifically if it is from a customization and not standard Acumatica.

I’m getting a “The given key was not present in the dictionary.” when trying pack one specific item. There is only one UOM on that item, so that’s not the issue. 

Is there a way to remove the page break on the Trial Balance Summary?  Ours currently prints on 3 half pages.  That is a lot of wasted space and paper.

I have 3 seperate Transfer Sales Orders that were completed in the past that are still being calculated in Inventory Planning. Transfers were made, shipments were completed, but when I regen IP the system is still counting the transfer quantity as expected inventory, leading to a lower purchase demand (or no demand).  Are these transactions just a “stuck” transaction, or is there another step that I am missing?

Hi, We’ve recently upgraded an environment from 2023 R1 to 2024 R2. Things appear to be working fine besides some Customization Projects in the Customization Project Editor. It appears that if a Customization Project has a screen, it throws an error when loading the Customization Project Editor window. Here is the error:This happens both on a pre-existing Customization Project before the upgrade, as well as a newly created Customization Project after the upgrade after a screen is created.The look of the menu is off as well in the Customization Project Editor, my guess is the Exception was thrown while building the menu.After doing some digging, I found the following stack trace with the exception matching the error above:Has anyone else encountered a similar issue or know a workaround to edit these Customization Projects? Thanks,Kyle

All,I was tasked to modify a customization package created by my predecessor. I’ve made most of the changes easily, but one last seemingly simple detail is hanging me up.We have a custom dialog with checkboxes, and I discovered it was coded with three additional generic checkboxes for future use. These controls are currently labeled Ink 1, Ink 2, Ink 3.We would like to change these to more specific names, but I’ve found no way to edit them. Am I blind or stupid? Maybe both? Screenshots below. :) (the third screenshot is where I tried to override the label text). 24R2. 

We just upgraded to 2024 R2 last night.  We drag invoices into the Incoming Documents screen.  In the upgraded version, we can’t drag in the invoice.  Nothing happens.  Has anyone else experience this or have a fix?I tried disable / enable AP Document Recognition Services and that didn’t fix the issue.

Please kindly advise which point that I had do it wrong and please advise. Do I need to create manual Vendor Class on system.Thanks so much
