Where is this field located?

The Ext Cost column is a dynamic column.

​@Harry looking through the form, it doesn’t look like the original cost is tracked at the subcontract agreement and the ext. cost is dynamic like you said.

however, if commitment change orders are used, you can use the project cost budget to see the original cost: 

Note: the change order also shows the original vs. revised
