We just upgraded to 2024 R2 last night. We drag invoices into the Incoming Documents screen. In the upgraded version, we can’t drag in the invoice. Nothing happens. Has anyone else experience this or have a fix?
I tried disable / enable AP Document Recognition Services and that didn’t fix the issue.

In case someone else runs into this issue, the resolution was clearing cookie and cached data.
+1I have not encountered this issue in 24R2 - I can drag over invoices to incoming documents once they are PDF.

A further update on this. It was escalated to Acumatica who came up with the solution. Apparently, another at least 2 other companies have had the same issue reported to them. Acumatica is aware of the issue and is working on a solution.
