The Staff Calendar board and Calendar board give a good illustration on Staff members not assigned to appointments for the day.
Appointment Summary provide information on Appointments and can be filtered per Staff member.

Hallo Thank you for the response. I have been able to create the GI to view per day the Employees on appointments and then the Employees per branch location not been allocated. All resolved. Thank you Retha

I see your point, and I understand how this could be useful for users. However, Acumatica does not have a built-in Generic Inquiry (GI) that does this.
You might try creating a GI using a left join between EPEmployee and FSAppointmentEmployee (which corresponds to the Staff tab on the Appointments form). Then, filter for employees who are not in FSAppointmentEmployee for the current date.
I haven’t tested this myself, but it could be a good starting point.

The DailyAppointments GI is used as a related GI by the DailyAppointmentTracking
