I am trying to follow the examples for the screen based soap api services, I am able to generate the wsdland insert it in the console app but I have no Screen Class, I cannot do apitest.Screen context = new apitest.Screen();I am using VS2022 and there are no errors, but I cannot find this Screen class,What am I missing?

Trying to ship with FedEx, however, when ever we refresh rates, we get the error “Object reference not set to an instance of an object". Any idea what could be causing it and how to fix it?

Is Form 1096 available in Acumatica?  This form is used in conjunctions with Form 1099 filed with the IRS.  When 1099 forms is e-filed, there is no need for the 1096 because it should automatically generated.

Hello,Is there any way to not include the PO open order quantity in the available quantity on sales order ? For example, we have 2.28 CS of this item on hand, but the system shows 6.28 CS available because it included 4 CSs from open purchase orders that have not been received yet.

I’m importing into the Project Budget Forecast screen and I have it working except it is requiring an inventory id. If I put in an inventory id, it works. However, all of my other budget lines don’t have an inventory id on them (<NA>). Is there a way I can get this to work for the <NA> lines? Thanks in advance.Paige

Hello,I’m interested in importing our client’s Project budget by month into the Project Budget Forecast screen.  I have a lot of experience importing to Transaction screens, Profile Screens, and Preferences screens… but the Project Budget Forecast screen looks very different .The first step of designing any import is to manually enter the same transaction, and when I manually type a project and revision # in the Project Budget Forecast screen, the screen populates itself and resulting lines aren’t available for edit. The project fields are not populated to every line so I’m having trouble understanding how an import would work.Before I spend a lot of time figuring this out…. can anyone confirm if it is possible to import to the Project Budget Forecast screen??  Thank you.  

We opted to use branches because we are technically a two branch company internally, however, as far as our customers are concerned we are one company, one branch. Because we opted for branches, the default customer statement (consolidated included) form wants to group AR documents by branch but this confuses our customers who expect all their documents in order by document date. This in spite of the AR Preferences consolidation setting set as below:  I attempted to remove the Branch group in the report designer, and while this fixed the sort order, the “...AgeBalance00-05” fields started calculating as though only for the first branch.Further testing suggests the report was using the groupOrganization footer which does use the OrganizationAgeBalance00-05 fields rather than the customer equivalents, but both customer and organization are higher level groups than branch, so I don’t know why they would be recalculating as though per branch. Does anyone know how to keep branch configurati

Customer has a legitimate reason to have production order qty exactly 1. I have tried setting Min Order Qty and Max Order Qty to 1 on the manufacturing tab, but when I create a production order from a sales order line with a quantity greater than 1, I still get that quantity in a single production order, rather than multiple production orders being created with a quantity of 1.Has anyone been successful getting MFG Max Order qty to work for this scenario? No success on 24R1 nor on 23R2.

Hi,One of our customer has below requirement to create the invoices for the contracts.If they are getting in to an agreement on 10th of august, first contract period should be 10th august to 10th September. where as second period should be from 11th September to 30th September and third period is from 1st October to 31st October. from 3rd month onwards invoices are need to generate for 1-31 period of each month. Here, in the contract management form, I have set the billing type ha as on demand. But I could generate only invoice for the first month. is there any way this can be catered.

When Creating a new item, I select Planning Method - Inventory Replenishment for planning method but then I CAN NOT enter anything in the table for Replenishment Parameters in the Inventory Planning tab.  What is the cause?

I thought that the system would prevent me from posting a payroll transaction to a completed project (and completed task) but it allowed me to.  I noticed I had FA Supervisor role so I removed that role from my access and did it again.Does anyone know how to prevent this?  I’m aware there are customers that want to be able to do this, but I’m trying to figure out how to prevent it. Thank you

Is there a way to add report logic to pull the vendor type alternate ID based on the vendor on the purchase order? We have items with multiple alternate ID types, and in several cases there are multiple vendor numbers listed. I need some sort of logic to specify the alternate type, then match the Vendor ID with the vendor on the PO.Thanks in advanced!

Hello,My task import process is only creating one record. Leading me to believe it is overwriting the record instead of creating multiple lines. I have attached an export of my import scenario as well as a screenshot below. Is there something I am doing wrong for this process? Hello, I’ve been trying to expose the Access RIghts of a Role by extending the Web Service Endpoint and adding the Access Rights by Role (SM201025) Screen ID to an endpoint named “AccessRightsByRole”. I’ve populated the fields n AccessRightsByRole with the Role Information mapped object. I need to create a new Email Activity for SOOrder, Shipment, and Payment and Applications in my customization code. Was wondering which method I would override for my requirements and what I need to pass into it in order to create this new record. I’m handling emails being sent out with a different provider so I don’t want the emails to be sent out from Acumatica.

Hello!We require to view the company who has created the document on the “Approvals” (EP503010) form. Is there a way that we can add the information to this table?Also, the user who will be approving the document will not have given access to view the transactions of created company and only be given the summary information to approve the document. I tried to take the information from a GI connecting Approval table with the Invoice table for an example. But since the user has no access to the created company, results are not available for that particular user. Amanda
