Inventory Planning - Completed Transfers Still Being Calculated

I have 3 seperate Transfer Sales Orders that were completed in the past that are still being calculated in Inventory Planning. Transfers were made, shipments were completed, but when I regen IP the system is still counting the transfer quantity as expected inventory, leading to a lower purchase demand (or no demand).

Are these transactions just a “stuck” transaction, or is there another step that I am missing?

Couple of things to check here.

  1. What does Inventory Planning Results by Item (AM404000) show?
  2. Was the transfer order reported as received and inventory updated at the destination warehouse? - If not, be sure to complete the receipt portion through purchase receipts.
  3. Take a look at Inventory Allocation Details (IN402000) to see if the item plan for the transfer still appears there. If it does and the receipt was already completed and inventory updated then consider using recalculate inventory (IN505000) to rebuild item plan

Hope this helps!

Sincerely,
