Hi,A client of our, accidentally create a Void Payment (in receipts and application) and released against a receipt payment.Is there any way to ‘unvoid’ the void payment? Or anyone encountered this situation and has a solution?

Hello,I have several shipments that are stuck.  Bare with me as this is blowing my mind right now.  Order Shipping Rule is set to Ship Complete Order has a partial Shipment on it - Don’t know how that is possible. Partial Shipment has been sent to Shipstation, and completed in Shipstation, and pushed back shipment info into Acumatica.  Partial Shipment cannot be confirmed/completed because the SO Shipping rule is set to Ship Complete.   I cannot change the shipping rule (or anything) on the order because it is in Shipping status. Top 10 biggest pet peeves with Acumatica.   I cannot delete the shipment because it’s already been completed in Shipstation.Mind.  Blown. Suggestions? Screenshots below. Thank you,Nathan

Is there a way to make the Date Rounding “Weeks” have a format that displays the beginning date of that week?  For example, instead of showing “2024 W52”, I’d like to show “12/23/2024” (which is the date for Monday of W52).

Hello, I’d like to change the sort order of scanned items the Pick Pack Ship screen on 2022R1. We developed import scenario for Stock Item. We need to add entry for Cross Reference as well.This works fine when we are adding new record.When we try to update entry by providing same data it update stock item without any error.But not cross reference.Import scenario is design like this. 

Hello! What is the best practice when entering taxes on cash purchases? There is a set of tax IDs pulled in when Vendor Tax Zone is entered on Cash Purchases, can you manually change the Tax IDs or change the tax amount column? Is this something we should avoid doing? Thanks!

We don’t know in advance if a shipping address is business or residential.  We select the Fedex Ground Service and then a residential charge gets tacked on our Fedex invoice after the fact.  This leads to undercharging the customer for shipping.

Hi I’m trying to create a by-product and per the instructions it says select in BOM but I don’t seem to see that as an option?  Only have “regular, Phantome or subcontract” Anyone else have this as a problem?  Am i looking in the wrong field? Missing something in setup?  

The Financial user has access to user role Financial Supervisor. This allow the user to post transaction to closed periods.  This however does not apply to closed Project and Project Task, i.e. Project Task with a closed status.Is it possible to allow a super user access to post to closed projects?The error when a Journal transaction to a closed period that is allocated to a project & project task as follow:“An error occurred during processing of the field Project value 4102 PM Error: You have no permission to use project tasks with the Completed, Canceled, or In Planning status for data entry. “

We are looking to integrate several platforms together via dataverse. Has anyone had success with building a customization that allows acumatica to write/receive data from dataverse? For context we want to use Dataverse to update Projects between our PM software and Acumatica, query tracking tables and change logs, send transactional/operational emails via schemas, and use various BI tools.

We have a strange situation happening with our Big Commerce Website.  We cannot determine if it is set up / configeration issue or a design flaw in the Acumatica-Big Commerce Connector.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  We are on 2024 R1.We have set up Acumatica / Big Commerce so that only SKUs that are in stock will show up on our Big Commerce Website. When a SKU drops to zero in stock, the SKU automatically stops showing up on our Big Commerce website as it should.  This works perfectly well.  The isssue is when a SKU is out of stock, and we make the SKU inactive in Acumatica. As soon as we make the SKU “inactive” in Acumatica, the SKU reappears on the Big Commerce website, and the configuation for that inactive SKU in Big Commerce is changed to show on the website even if zero of the SKU is in stock. The act of making a SKU "inactive" in Acumatica causes changes in Big Commerce so the SKU shows up on the website.Is this a configuration issue we can change / fix?  Or is this a

Hello,I am trying to allow only a couple users to be able to change the status of a customer, but I cannot seem get the access rights.I have created a new role called Customer Status, and I gave it to select users. I then went into Access Rights by Screen- Receivables> Customers> Customer> Customer Status.  I gave every role view-only access except for the Customer Status and Admin roleI logged in as a user who did not have access to one of these roles, and was still able to change the customer status. I'm creating an Estimate in AM303000 screen.While adding Operations in the details, the Backflush Labor check should be copied from Workcenter in the detail line.I have created several workcenters with the Backflush Labor check selected but when I added to the operation, the check it's always cleared.According to documentation this should work as is working in Bill of Material screen. I'm using 23R2 version.This is estimateThe check selected for Backflush in WorkcenterI need this check automatically copied from Workcenter in every estimate.

Not sure if I’m missing something but there isn’t a field to add freight on transfer sales orders as you can see in the screen shot below. I also checked the order type settings to make sure calculate freight is checked. 

I am trying to create a form/screen that will allow for the updating of INLocation records. A very basic form. It starts at the first record, and allows the user to move PREV or NEXT. They can change a couple of fields, or delete the record. I have it sort of working. The form runs correctly, drawing in the first record as expected.But when I hit NEXT or PREV, it is not updating the information on the screen (even tho it is correctly moving to the next or prev record in the data. I have a customization that when it was published one layout column was repeated. This did not happen locally, or in a sandbox instance. See the screenshot of the project below. This duplication is causing the screen to present the SO Screen incorrectly.Can I just delete the column in the project and republish?What could have caused this duplication?TIA

I have an Appointment GI that I am wanting to show the Date  + Time in the results.  If I add the field directly to the results grid it only shows a Date.  If I do: =[FSAppointment.CreatedDateTime], it does show the Date and Time in the GI but in UTC.  Is there a standard way to show the time in a GI for this field or am I required to do the dateadd feature to adjust. ThanksChris Lower
