I’ve got an interesting question. I’d like to know if it is possible to copy a specific email address to Purchase Order Notification template, but depending on the stock item in the order. For example, we buy ingredients from vendors, and one of our customers would like to be included in any Purchase Order Email when the ingredients are for her business.  I cannot add her email to the vendor contact information because we may also buy ingredients from these vendors that are intended to be used for another business and received under a different stock item.   I believe I could easily create an automation to send an email directly to her when an order is placed for her items, however she needs to be in the same email thread so that she will get all of the confirmation emails as well.  And since the Purchase Order Notification is not automated through a business event, (because you may want to verify the order before clicking “Email Purchase Order”) I don’t know any other way to add filte

Is a customer able to customize a template in AP doc recognition to make it specific to a particular vendor?

I have found several entries in Community on this topic, but it seems there is no solution yet. It would be nice to not have to click the Legend to see the values.  Ideally, the value could display at the top of each bar.  It seems that in previous versions, you could at least control the Legend to be at the top, bottom or side of the graph. But in 26R1 and Modern UI I do not find any way to do this.  

I’m trying to create an import scenario to amend customer default payment method. I’ve tried using the billing tab and amending there as well as on the payment methods tab but neither working. Can anyone assist please?The payment method does already exist.

Please verify whether you have proper access rights to this object. The import works for other employees.Has anyone encountered this before? Could this be related to the employees’ Subaccount, account, or payroll setup? What configuration should we check to resolve this?Thanks!

Hi everyone,  We try to attached pdf report to an email notification.But every try system failed with Object reference not set to an instance of an object.=> I try many other report = same error=> I try the invoice report but in html format = It works=> When I retry to sent the email with business event history resume and rexecute, it works totally. We aren’t currently using the last version of Acumatica but have you face this king of error ?Thnak for your help.Regards.  

How to implement Drag & drop functionality on the grid ?

When a case with "Business Account" selected, but new contact needed, using "Save&Close" button on pop-up new contact screen closes the pop-up screen but "Contact" field on case screen is not filled with newly created contact record. This is different behavior compare with same step took but no "Business Account" selected on the case.

In the past few weeks we’ve had two different users report the same issue.  Of course, we can’t duplicate it.They are reporting that, when they have a sales order with lines marked for PO, and they create the purchase order using the “Create Purchase Order” option/screen, the Vendor location selected for the items is not always the default vendor location for that item.  When it’s not, the system seems to randomly choose a vendor location, sometimes locations that aren’t even set as the default location for any product.Since we can’t reproduce this, I’m leaning toward user error, but I’m curious if anyone else has experienced it.

Hi, I am creating an import scenario for import bank transactions screen to import a csv file as my data provider. I was hoping to get answers to a couple of questions below please.In my csv file, I have a Beginning and Ending balance column which I think is wrong because you only enter them once in the UI. You don’t enter them line by line. How should I include my beginning and ending balance in my CSV file?    CSV file with Beginning and Ending Balance  In the above screenshot, the Amount column goes to positive and negative goes to disbursement. Hi Community!I ran into this a few months back but was asked again. In the Classic UI I was able to go to “Screens” in a Customization package and drag the tab order around so the first tab would be the new default tab. In the modern UI I can use the Screen Configuration tool to move the tab order in a similar way but even if I move a tab to the 1st, when I open the page it defaults to the original tab that defaulted.Appreciate any feedback or guidance!~Chris

I’m looking for a couple of fields in the construction project portal:Customer Project Contact in Construction (which would pull from Customer Contacts) With the ability to have that contact flow through to invoices/change orders etc. Customer Reference Number for Projects. Again, we have a built out user defined field to capture this. But the reference number does not automatically flow through to billing.Has anyone else noticed the lack of these fields? Is everyone creating User defined fields? I’m just surprised these fields do not come standard ‘out-of-box’

It states that Retail Commerce is not supported when Multiple Base Currencies is enabled.I would like to clarify the practical impact of this restriction.If a company operates in multiple countries with different base currencies and requires the Multiple Base Currencies feature, does this mean Retail Commerce (Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.) cannot be used in that same tenant?In that case, would the recommended approach be separate tenants per country?I’m also trying to understand whether there is still value in enabling Multiple Base Currencies for a company that plans to use Retail Commerce, or whether the two features are fundamentally incompatible within a single tenant.Any insight on best practice architecture for multi-country companies using eCommerce would be greatly appreciated.

I am working on a simple Import Scenario that was previously functioning as expected. However, I am currently unable to update a multi-select attribute through the Import Scenario.I can update and select multiple attribute values manually without any issues, but the same values are not being updated when processed through the Import Scenario. I have tested using both the Value ID and Description, but neither approach is updating the multiple selections.Could you please advise if there is a specific format or configuration required to import multiple values into a multi-select attribute?

There is a parent-detail relationship with the grid.I have an action button that will print a report and the underlying code will pass values from the current highlighted detail line grid.In Classic UI it works. Hi Everyone,I am trying to create a GI that tracks all Tasks and Activities created by the users, I was able to create one that displays both the tasks and activities, but it has a limitation, I am only able to open up the records for as long as it’s a Task, but I can’t open up the activities, I was forced to add the Navigate to as the Task screen in order to open the tasks, but I don’t how to deal with the activities,I have attached screenshots and the XML on how I set up the GI, anyone with an idea to how to achieve this requirement, I could appreciate your assistance,

Hi everyone,Looking for advice on changing an Australian BAS setup from Quarterly to Monthly from 1 July 2026 in MYOB Acumatica 2025.1 (Build 2025.101.503.568).Current Tax Periods:01-2026: Jan–Mar — Closed 02-2026: Apr–Jun — Closed 03-2026: Jul–Sep — Open 04-2026: Oct–Dec — OpenBusiness needs Apr–Jun 2026 to remain quarterly, then Tax Year 2027 to start 1 July 2026 with monthly periods through 30 June 2027.The GL Financial Year 2027 is already correctly configured as 1 July 2026–30 June 2027 with 12 monthly periods.Can we safely shorten the 2026 Tax Year by deleting only the open 03-2026 and 04-2026 periods, then create Tax Year 2027 as Monthly, without affecting the closed Apr–Jun 2026 period?What is the supported approach for this scenario?

Anyone have a working import scenario to delete Project Template Tasks?Due to how the template format is in the screen, it seems that it cannot find the Project Template.  I tried a few ways even using the description, but it is unable to find the record. Client uses two segments for their project task record, and it looks like the screen only shows the first segment and this might be part of the problem.When you pass the template ID with two segments it says it doesnt exist.I can use the GI but as there is about 2800 records this takes some time.
