An Alternate ID was setup in Stock Item for UOM. Upon syncing the sales order, we found out that the UOM did not properly sync. (for specific order only)As tested and simulated in another instance it worked perfectly. Based on my initial checking through Audit History, I saw that the order created with these UOM which is supposedly (from BigCommerce API order)The first SKU was ordered 24 CS but created as 1EA and the other one was 1920CS and becomes 160PKI also check the Audit History of Stock Item and I found nothing changes on its cross reference - alternate ID 

I tested enabling real-time syncing and ran into an error that I wasn't expecting. The Acumatica Business Event to trigger email confirmations to the customer is no longer working.

Hi,There is a requirement from a SaaS customer to create service orders with data extracted from an email alert they receive from a third party application. This email alert can be sent to any email address specified by us. The issue lies with storing the email content in the Acumatica database as the email alert will be sent to a separate email client. Once the email is stored in the database, we will be able to manage the rest through the business logic.Would appreciate any support/ guidance we can get on storing the email content in the database.

I have actions from my SHIPMENTS screen that are carrying over to PROCESS SHIPMENTS. Hooray! How do I change the order of those actions in the PROCESS SHIPMENTS screen? I would assume a customization, but I’ve not touched processing screens much and am trying to avoid making a mess. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

While  uploading a customer from Shopify I got an error “Import of the Customer record cannot be completed. The Customer with the same field or fields (123@gmail.com) already exists.”How can I synchronize it manually? What field or table does Acumatica use for synchronization ?

I am migrating from version 2021r2 to 2022r2, exactly to build 22.206, the following appears when I enter the payroll options:Error: The entry form (ID: PR302000, title: Paychecks and Adjustments) cannot be automated. Could not load file or assembly 'PX.Payroll, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040) I have updated the dll that comes in the bin folder, but it keeps getting that error. Any idea what it could be?

As you know from 22R1 , CodeRefactoring of LSSelect done and now we have extension classes for Line Splitting and Item Availability. But we are not able to implement them fully as facing issue with creating custom object and call functions or methods.Also while showing fields on line details for preassignment not able to show location and serial number on grid. Please help .

How can we debug an internal class ?? I am trying to debug ActivityHelper.cs from the App_Data\CodeRepository\PX.Objects\CR folder.I am able to debug other files such as ContactMaint from the same folder.

I have around 10 customizations in my Acumatica instance and I am trying to find in which customization my customized action is there. Normally I would just Inspect the element and go to view business source code and I am able to find the DLL. But this customized action is showing me the System Namespace of PX………..Can anyone share some input hereThanks

Acumatica power app connector only provides few objects which are not useful in our requirement and we want to add appointment screen to this connector so they can access required objects related to Appintments in the PowerAppsWe are not sure on how to proceed on this or way to customize the connector. Good day,The MAIN Location is tagged with warning message :Record as Been Deleted. Any advice on correcting this issue would be grateful.  The MAIN location is active.  Don’t see any issues when using it on SO.  Below is a note from TC that they believe is causing an issue with the 945We are having some integration problems with our customer Home Depot Pom, when receiving the 945 we are getting a location missing not valid error from True Commerce. While investigating it appears that our customer master has an error for the “MAIN” location which is what we are mapping to. I met with the developer at True Commerce this morning and he thinks the issue is being caused by the customer master error below. The error says, “the record has been deleted.”Thank you.@Evan G
