I am trying to create a hotline ticket as opposed to a hotline case for AKTION ,how can this be done?

Hi @kandybeatty49  yes our company is trying to make a request to AKTION and were advised to create a ticket as opposed to a case.

You will need to contact AKTION for that. 


@Rochelle I’ve used Aktion in the past and they should have their own ticketing email for support.  I dont recall what the email was but i did find this online:
