CANNOT CREATE NEW USER

How we need to identify with which user the employee has been linked to. This is because, an error arises (as in the picture), when I try to fill in a linked entity
Usually, for our company the User Type box will be left blank.

Hello @ATHIRAH , you can check out on the Employees (EP203000) screen for the entity that you have been trying to link as shown below:

If they are linked to an incorrect User ID, you can unlink them directly from their employee record as well.  Under More Items - Use the “Detatch Employee Login” option:
