Hi,

There is a requirement from a SaaS customer to create service orders with data extracted from an email alert they receive from a third party application. This email alert can be sent to any email address specified by us. 

The issue lies with storing the email content in the Acumatica database as the email alert will be sent to a separate email client. 

Once the email is stored in the database, we will be able to manage the rest through the business logic.

Would appreciate any support/ guidance we can get on storing the email content in the database.
