MYOB Acumatica has out-of-the-box email notifications for actions like modifying Supplier/Employee payment details, email addresses etc.
These emails are sent to the Security Contact Email, and sometimes also the Employee’s email.
We used to be able to modify these and add additional email address etc.
I can’t seem to find them as Email Templates or Business Events, so I’m wondering if they have been hidden at a system level by MYOB?
Anyone know where to find them now?
