Hello,The AP Aging report has only 3 period buckets.(AP631000)  These are given values in AP preferences.I want to modify the report to print more period columns.As I look at the report in Report Designer, I see the values reference fields I cannot find in the tables.  These appear to be variables, but I cannot find them.Is it possible to modify the AP aging to report a couple more columns for additional periods?Can anyone explain what this value is referring to?Thanks! 

After the upgrade to 2022R2, we started having an issue with quick checks for one particular branch, the error appears when users save the checks.Based on the error message, it looks like the issue is related to the Approval Map. Double checked the map, no visible issues with it. Any suggestions are highly appreciated. Thank you! 

Where is the outstanding checks report? I can’t find in Acumatica. 

I need assistance determining how to automate the process of taking a completed (i.e. shipped and invoiced) sales order that imports in from a 3rd party application to a sales invoice. Inventory is not being tracked and under Sales Order PreferencesHowever, the sales invoices are not posting on the shipment date, but the date the order is being processed in Acumatica. I want to use the Quick Process function but was told by the consultants that this feature cannot be used if the sales invoice needs to be posted on the shipment date. How do I automate this with the release date the shipment date? 

The customer of our client pay bulk amount for multiple invoices. The customer also include list of invoices (in excel) that are paid and how much of each invoice paid. Some are overpaid, some match, some are underpaid. The client needs to be able to apply the overpayment to an invoice so that they can track which invoice that has been paid more than it should be. Is there a way to do that without creating one payment application per invoice?

Hi All,I have imported some assets which are 0 NBV and are fully depreciated. depreciation method is DV and the asset is depreciated sooner than when it should  be. when I calculate the Depreciation it still calculate depreciation amount eventhough it  should be zero. how can I stop this? I cannot seem to see any status of fully depreciated on the front end.  Thanks for your helpGhazal 

Our UK based organisation has an R&D department with a team of about 30 people. We intend to set up a separate R&D warehouse within Acumatica, configured in such a way that the value of the stock within it is posted to an expense account on the PL - i.e. has zero value. Each time an item is purchased by R&D, it will be entered as a stock inventory item (with a stock inventory item class) and the default warehouse will be set to R&D. We will also set a custom checkbox on the item to flag it as R&D. When the items are received into the R&D warehouse, we would then be treating them as an expense, while at the same time having the ability to transfer items out of the R&D warehouse and into the main warehouse when they move from a prototype R&D phase and into production - so that their value then appears as stock on hand (by unchecking the R&D flag and doing a transfer).Please forgive my lack of knowledge:Does that se

I have a scenario where when a purchase invoice is received and matched against the purchase order I want the purchase invoice to be approved by the owner of the purchase order.I have tried different options using the employee from list option on the approvers tab but cannot get this approval working.The only way I can get this working is if I specify a rule per user listing the user on the condition tab and again as an employee on the approver tab.   With more than 100 users entering purchase orders this well not be easy to maintain.Anyone came across using the employee from list for this purpose and could advise   

We are running version 2021 R2 in a multi-company, multi-branch environment. The quarterly Balance Sheet shown below has been printed for periods 01-2022 through 12-2022 for one company, “Company C”. There is no unit set, just Row and Column sets.When I click on Total Intercompany receivables as shown, the resulting GL Details report has multiple years included. The total is correct, but the presentation is confusing to the users. Why does the drill-down show records from the previous year?  Thank you.

Hi Team,Currently, I am testing AP Document Recognition. I need some clarifications regarding the PO invoice. Once the PO and Receipt are posted in the system. By using the Incoming Documents, I am pushing the invoice to the system. Here, my query is related to the inventory price update during the process. Awaiting for your replies.

I realize expense claims cannot be deleted once released so how do I get rid of the claim that was put in incorrectly but not caught before claim was released. Tried making a negative receipt but that doesn’t work.

I’m trying to add a column to my customer’s P&L that will show the % of Sales for each row on the report (e.g., Sales = 100.0%, COGS = 36.2%, etc.). I can add calculations between columns (e.g., (F-E)/E), but not within the same column. Is this possible with the standard financial reports?

Curious how anyone is using the Charges tab on the AR Payments & Applications? I am wondering if these can be used in claim management when processing AR payments in lieu of creating Credit memos for all the deduction claims on a AR remittance. So I wanted to get thoughts. I can’t seem to test as charges on my end are just blank with nothing to select under entry type so I am not even sure where to configure.

I’m needing a detailed general ledger for all accounts and all transactions for an entire year to present to our auditors.  The transactions for period report keeps timing out.  The best I can do is run the report by quarter.  Any suggestions?

Good day Could someone please indicate if this type of product is available in South Africa. We queried this from our seller and he they indicated the following: “We are waiting minor changes for the AI engine to work as we have experienced a challenge with the process in S.A. due to the date format S.A. use compared to US. US work on month day year and SA work on day month year. This is causing error for SA currently. We are monitoring the update to the AI engine frequently as we have other clients also interested in this functionality. This module is currently only available in US and Canada.” I am no developer, but this does not seem to me as a problem because I am able to edit the date format on Acumatica. So why can't the AI also take this into account. We could really use a product like this to cut our AP Billing time as we do a lot of transactions and is wasting time if it can be done quicker and more effic

Acumatica Version Build Number: 21.220.0010 We have a requirement to display a payment hosted form to enter credit card details on custom action.We have tried to extend graph and replace piece of code of CreateCCPaymentMethodHF action from PaymentProfileGraph.cs.Action is getting displayed on screen but not able to get hosted form on screen as facing issue while calling HTTP request. As per Error, We have added HTTP NuGet package but it does not worked.We would need your assistance in displaying Hosted form on custom action to enter Card details.

Hi,Eagerly downloaded the SalesDemo snapshot for 2020R2 and searched high and low for the Incoming Documents screen, which was demo-ed by Doug in the launch. Found it in Site Map (AP.30.11.00) but its not appearing in the default Payables Workspace.Are there any additional settings or configurations for it to appear and immediately use?

Hello - Does anyone know how I can get the Transactions for Period report to run by a Company Group? I can run the TB reports by Group but for some reason not the Transactions reports.. I would like to create a consolidated P&L for two tenants, but exclude sales between tenants. More specifically, tenant A sells to tenant B, but that revenue shouldn’t be considered. Can the row set exclude revenue for a specific customer?Any suggestions are appreciated.
