Is there a way to have a branch ID be the same as an employee ID?
If not, is there a way to rename branch ID’s or employee ID’s en masse?

Because Companies, Branches, Employees, Vendors, Customers and Prospects all share the BIZACCT ID, they cannot have the same value.
You can change the ID of any of these using an import scenario. Acumatica has provided a How to guide here that is specific to employees.
