Hello!We are calculating Depreciation for number of days from the Placed-in Service Date. I want to know how the depreciation is calculated as seems it does not calculate depreciation based on 365-day calendar. Depreciation per Day = Acquistion value / (365 * number of years)First, I thought of above but seems is takes days around 371. Can anyone please help me with this?Thank You! 

Hello Everyone,We have a scenario where our client has multiple Companies within a tenant and processes invoices for Vendors across these Companies. When making a payment in the "Checks and Payments" screen, the "Reference Nbr." finder under the "DOCUMENT TO APPLY" tab currently displays all open bills for the selected Vendor across all Companies.The client would like the system to show only the open bills related to the Company/Branch they are currently working in (as selected in the top menu).Although the filter option is available on the "Reference Nbr." finder , managing it becomes impractical since the client operates over 20 companies, requiring them to set up and maintain more than 20 filters. Ideally, the "Reference Nbr." finder should automatically display only the open documents for the currently selected Company/Branch.is there any way to restrict the "Reference Nbr." finder to show only open bills for the active Company/Branch?

We are using Version 23.211.0017 22R2.  This upgrade changed the way retention was released.  When we upgraded, we had some open invoices that did not have retention released.  We released retention in this new version.  Once that retention was eventually paid for those existing invoices, the original invoice (not the retention invoice) never closed.  The whole project has a Zero AR Balance but it is still showing Open Invoices.  Any ideas?  It won’t let me write it off because there are no open line items and that is required for the write-off.  

I am testing the import of historical fixed asset data. Client uses SL with Mid Month convention. We do not want historical depreciation adjusted in the first month depreciation is run in Acumatica so all historical assets are imported using the RV method. The problem I am running into is that there are assets depreciating to a negative value and some assets that will not fully depreciate. I have used RV plenty of times however this is the first time I am running into this. My understanding is the RV method with historical assets should ignore what the system thinks should be the correct A/D and depreciate the remaining value of the remaining life. I thought that RV may only work with full period Averaging Conventions so ran another test asset using the same values however the remaining months were not calculated equally.  Any ideas if my theory is correct or why this may be occurring? 24R2 Build 24.204.0004

Does the latest version of Acumatica support having separate Charts of Accounts (COA) for different branches or companies within the same tenant? If not, are there plans to introduce this feature in future releases? Additionally, is it currently possible to limit GL Account access to specific branches or companies, and what configurations or best practices would you recommend for this scenario?

Will Bank Feeds function when the financial institution requires tokens for log in?

Dear Community,I am facing an issue while calculating the sum for a specific column in my report. The column values are displayed and calculated correctly for individual rows, but when I attempt to compute the sum at the column level, it does not work as expected.To clarify, the roll-up calculations are functioning perfectly, but the column-wise sum is not reflecting the correct value. Is there a way to allow a user to Reopen a Financial Period without giving them access to the Financial Supervisor Role? We want our AP and AR users to have access to reopen financial periods, but do not want them posting to closed periods, which is happening with the Financial Supervisor Role. Thanks all!

Good day CommunityI have a real mystery. I have deleted budget in the GL but when I run an ARM report, the budget is still there.It has also been deleted in the database by the administrator. Hello,I am looking for a deprecation report to show all my assets, regardless of depreciation. My auditors like the standard report in Acumatica within FAS (“Depreciation” ) but it is only returning assets that have depreciation within the period. Therefore it does not show all my assets regardless of depreciation value. I looked in the schema on report builder and cannot figure out why it is limiting records. Anyone have any insight on it?   

HI All,When entering a Bill, it is pulling the expense account from the vendor even when I put in an inventory item. I have checked the posting settings and preferences and feel like I am just missing something. Does anyone have any ideas? The client wants it to pull the expense account on for the item on the bill. My local Acumatica pulls in the item’s expense account though. We received money from customer in advance and unused money needs to pay back to customer at the year end, how to record prepayment and then how to apply prepayment to invoices?

Hello there we have a customer who intended to pay for invoices A+B+C+D+E+F...a total of ‘say’ USD50,000. However they made a mistake and paid for eg 45000.00. I want to see the invoices above as paid and a separate entry for the 5K not paid ...not allocated just sitting on the statement until they put it right. I have tried a few options but am not able to get this situation echoed on Acumatica. Obviously I want the bank entry correct so that I can do a reconciliation but I don’t want to part pay a particular invoice as this was not the actual scenario. I thought maybe I should raise a credit note !!!! and then re-invoice to take care of this but it seems very clumsy to do this. Best Regards Malinda

Can a debit adjustment in AP be applied in any way when the amount owing to the vendor is zero (0)?The credit for the bill in questions has already been settled.

We are a manufacturing company with a heavy drop shipping business. While we have materials that come into our building that are purchased, received, and paid via the AP process, we are struggling with a streamlined process for drop ship POs. Currently, our purchasing department enters the PO and once the Accounting team receives the invoice, we enter the PO Receipt and creates the AP bill manually. We cannot auto-create the PO Receipt once the PO is printed/emailed to the vendor because we need the “proof” it has been sent to our customer. How are other Acumatica customers handling a similar process? Ideas?

Hi All,I’m trying to get more granular detail behind the discounts that we’re running through the system.The idea is that I should be able to report on discounts by Customer, Warehouse, InventoryID, DiscountCode (Line Level) , DiscountCode(Group Level). We are currently running multiple concurrent group level discounts with quite specific conditions so there are some instances where a single SO line has 3 group level discounts applied to it. Is there a table/ query that would allow me to see which lines on the SO a single group level discount code/ discount sequence has been a applied. Ideal Outcome:  Thanks in advance

Hi, is there any way/workaround to put in SO for customers on Credit Hold? We want to put in the orders as status “Credit Hold”, so our Shipping Dept. will know not to ship items until customers balance is cleared. If we won’t put in orders for customers on Credit Hold we’ll for sure not get their order, rather to put in their order as on Credit Hold and then collect their balance?!

Hi CommunityI imported some assets with GL Update off, but now need to post these transaction to integrate with GL. Plus the asset is showing unreleased transactions and I can't calculate the depreciation.I can't see any transactions to release although they are displaying as unposted. Is there any way I can correct this please? Many thanks 

Is there a report/ inquiry in Acumatica that shows the check# and invoices it was applied to by vendor? For example:
