When i am selecting the Check boxes in Select Change Request Dialog box the following error has occured. Error: The change request cannot be added to a change order because not all the project budget key attributes are specified on the Estimation tab (Revenue Task, Revenue Account Group) and the Markups tab (Account Group, Project Task) of the change request. 

For AP Document Recognition, there’s a screen called “Delete Outdated Recognition Results”. Help documentation recommends periodically deleting records to save space, but doesn’t say how long records should be kept (if at all). I’m wondering if the historical records are used to improve future recognition results. Or does the machine learn without referencing historical results? Should I keep 6 months (for example) of history or delete everything up to the current date?Appreciate any insight!

Hi Team,Assume we have a NGO which we are going to pitch Acumatica.. Since it is an NGO they are currently practicing projects and they are doing project budgets and all other related to project transactions. They are not raising any direct invoices from the order management module. Additionally they have the procurement process related to projects and administration transactions.I would like to know are we able to record the projects and revenue with using project module in Acumatica without purchasing the Order Management module in Acumatica..Appreciate if anyone can provide me an answer.Thanks/ Yashodha

Hi,If I use the Upload File button and choose an CSV, it gives an error saying “CA Error: This file format is not supported for the bank statement import. You must create an import scenario for this file extension prior uploading it.” since the button only allows some fixed file types but not SCV or excel.If I use the Load from file button, it requires mapping my bank file with the system fields and upload each and every time. I rather prefer creating an import scenario and use the Upload File button as instructs by the error message. Will this work If I create an import scenario for the import bank transactions screen? Do you have any samples/import scenarios done for this? Thank you,Dulanjana  

Hi I created a payment plugin to integrate Cybersource, based on ICCProcessingPlugin,but not sure why after validating and publishing, when I go to add new Processing Center, I can’t find that plugin in the plugins list In the payment plugin list I should see the new plugin I created , but not showing, maybe I’m missing something? thanks.

Where is Incoming Documents? I do not see this in Enable/Disable Features and it does not appear in our Payables workspace. I saw a video from June 2024 called “What's New in 2024 Acumatica: Forgotten Features of Past Versions” where this is referenced. It seems this would be a very helpful feature. Thank you.

We have a client with over 30 companies.  They would like to have a program that would print all financial statements once they enter the month parameter.Currently they have to go into each company, set the date, and print.How would you set this up?

. My client has one tenant and one company. They have created a reporting ledger and need to transfer all transactions from the actual ledger to the reporting ledger, specifically for the period from 08-2022 to 08-2023.I attempted to use the consolidation feature by setting the reporting ledger as the consolidation ledger and the actual ledger as the source. I specified the start and end periods, then processed the "Import Consolidation Data." However, it returned with "no records to process."Could you please guide me on how to correctly perform this transfer or identify what might have been missed in the process

Hello !My client use two differents ledgers.The first one is for accounting and official purpose.The second one is for estimation and subledgers corrections.  It doesn’t need to be published fot accounting autorities.  I need to consolidate both into a third that would give the real position of the subaccount.(Users would like to keep using the standard screens like GL401000 & GL404000 wich very convenient).At first, I thought use consolidation feature but is there any possibilies to make it work within only only one tenant ?  Thank for your help. Cécile

We have a large number of Open Receipts with no AP Bill.  Many of these are nonstock items but there are stock items in the bunch.  I’ve discovered that our AP department skipped the match for some reason and has already paid the vendor. Many of these are over a year old when the receipt was created.  What options do we have to close them out so they are no longer an open receipt?  

We have a client that has about 15 Tax Agencies. The leg work to prepare and release all those Tax Reports each month will be a pain for them. Has anyone successfully implemented a way to mass prepare tax reports and mass release them? Import scenario would not work because after you prepare a report for one agency it moves you to the Release Tax Report screen giving you an error on your next import line.  Hoping to avoid customization but not sure if it is possible. Thanks in advance for the help!

Hi there,I’ve set up a relatively simple import scenario in order to suspend a list of assets we no longer want to depreciate.  However, I’m getting an error when using the ‘IMPORT’ function (PREPARE is totally fine).When I navigate to the asset, it appears that despite the error, it has indeed successfully suspended the asset: Below the import scenario for reference: Do I need to be concerned that it’s cropping up with an error despite that it seems to be processing successfully?  Thanks!

How can we resolve an issue in Acumatica where we have different sales prices for an item based on quantity (e.g., a lower price if we sell more than 5 units), but due to the use of lot numbers, the system is not recognizing the total quantity on the sales order correctly?We can’t group the lots as the items have unique lot numbers.I am not sure how to adjust the pricing logic to calculate total quantity across all lines before applying pricingIs this something that needs to be customised

Hi,Has anyone successfully removed prepayment and payment amounts from the calculation of the aging buckets on the AR Aging report. I have the report filtering out the prepayment and payment transactions so they do not show up on the report but those prepayment and payment amount are still showing up in the aging balances. I need to remove the prepayment and payment amounts from the aging balances. Thanks! 

I am having an issue with labor recording to the incorrect subaccounts.  It appears that this has been incorrect since the latest update The labor credits for invoices started to be recording to the AD subaccount instead of the matching subaccount as the debit.  There must be a setting that was updated during the update.  Thoughts on where to look in the system to correct this?Thanks!

Hello,I want to accept credit card payments in my Acumatica instance using CybersourceAcumatica already support Authorize.Net, but for Cybersource I will need to create a new payment integration.What I understand is that I will need to create a new Payment Processing Center for cybersource, where the integration code will be written, then I should add payment method where its Payment Processing Center is the new Processing center I developed. The problem is that it’s not clear how we can proceed on that, so if anyone can send us any document that can guide us in this process or give some hints and tips will be much appreciated. thanks in advance.

Good afternoon,I use a three check paper for my refund check process for my company.We use one check template for all three of the checks.However, when I go to print the third check on the paper seems to shift up, causing the name to not fit in the envelope for mailing purposes.Any suggestions on how to correct or is it just a printing format issue on my printer?! (I have tried to alter those as well, but still the third check is shifting up).

When we try to split an asset that was fully depreciated in a prior closed year/period, Acumatica tells us we cannot do this without opening up the periods all the way back to the “Last Depreciated Period” of the asset. Unfortunately opening a submodule like FA also opens the GL periods which is undesirable in this case. Considering no GL entry gets posted as the result of the split we are doing, we are not sure why Acumatica stops us from processing a split back in time to a closed period. Other than opening the FA submodule and GL periods, is there a way to accomplish splits to prior year fully depreciated assets without having to do this?
