Has anyone encountered: “Error: An unexpected error occurred invoking “startTwoFactorPipeline” on the server.”?

I am struggling to find the correct Setting under User Security to hide the Reassignment function from certain Roles: I cannot find this under the appropriate Document type, Approvals or any Hidden Folder.Any idea where this is living?Approve and Reject are to be found on the AP Document in this case.  

We have a project that is not yet approved, however there are already commitments (Purchase Orders) against it.  We don’t want Purchase Orders to be issued to suppliers before the project is approved.  How do we stop it, is there a setting somewhere?

We send emails out of Acumatica and today had an email come into our Inbox in Acumatica.  One of our users replied to that email and copied our support team on that email.  They do this often, but today we noticed that the email did not send and in the Email area, it appears in the “Failed” filter of All emails. When we open the email that failed, it says “Illegal characters in path.”.  I haven’t noticed this type of error before.The user tried to resend the email and it again failed. She also remove the people on the “TO” line and added them back in by doing a search for their names.  That email failed to send as well.The user ended up sending it out of Outlook, then copying the sales inbox for tracking purposes in Acumatica.Any ideas on what the error message means?Also, one thing that is not very clear is the activity under the opportunity says “open” and the mail status says failed. Would be nice if the email activity under the opportunity reflected “

I’m wondering if anyone here is using Safari on macOS/iOS/iPadOS -- i’ve been experiencing this issue for more than one year and I’m still seeing it with the latest 21.1 release and latest Safari updates. A few times per day when accessing an Acumatica site I’ll see two tabs. First tab contains the navigation bar and inner frame, and the second tab just the inner frame:It is really annoying, and I have yet to find any way to replicate this constantly so it’s a bit hard to file a bug report through support... 

Hello, Is there any way to delete a discount line from a sales order that has been imported from Shopify? I have full permissions in Acumatica, but the X is greyed out. Very rarely, discounts are duplicated during the import from Shopify, such as the example screenshot. This also may be an issue with the connector, but I’m not seeing anything on how to fix that either. Any suggestions are appreciated! 

Is Form 1096 available in Acumatica?  This form is used in conjunctions with Form 1099 filed with the IRS.  When 1099 forms is e-filed, there is no need for the 1096 because it should automatically generated.

Hi,One of our customer has below requirement to create the invoices for the contracts.If they are getting in to an agreement on 10th of august, first contract period should be 10th august to 10th September. where as second period should be from 11th September to 30th September and third period is from 1st October to 31st October. from 3rd month onwards invoices are need to generate for 1-31 period of each month. Here, in the contract management form, I have set the billing type ha as on demand. But I could generate only invoice for the first month. is there any way this can be catered.

Hello!We require to view the company who has created the document on the “Approvals” (EP503010) form. Is there a way that we can add the information to this table?Also, the user who will be approving the document will not have given access to view the transactions of created company and only be given the summary information to approve the document. I tried to take the information from a GI connecting Approval table with the Invoice table for an example. But since the user has no access to the created company, results are not available for that particular user. Amanda 

Hi, We’re relatively new to Acumatica having only gone live earlier this month. We’re currently in the process of configuring everyone’s access rights.  We started strict with an aim to control access, and then we’ll lift restrictions as it becomes apparent the requirement for the user is there. My question is, is there a reference list of Screens to User Rights?  I know if you hover over the options the screen number is displayed, but trying to find some of the more obscure access rights is simple a trial and error exercise in futility.  A search functionality would be really helpful 🙂 Any help would be gratefully appreciated!

This is not so much a restriction requirement but more of a design requirement.When you have multiple companies in one tenant and you have access to all of them it would be great if the only data that you see on the screen pertains to the company that you have selected at the top.Now, you see transactions, customers, vendors for all companies irrespective of the selected company.  It does lead to mistakes and it does not demo well. Thanks 

I have recently started using the physical inventory module and tried using the “by movement class” as the generation method.    When I prepare a physical count using a high volume movement class, I would expect that all of the items would be high volume items, but was surprised that some of the are stock that we dont sell much and therefore dont stock much.   Just wondering what type of generation method others are using and why you prefer that one?  

I would like to add another field to the equipment list on the mobile app so that it appears in the list and is searchable.  The field is available on the web version. How can I do this?Also does anyone know what GI is used for this equipment list? 

Currently the appointments shown on the Appointment List on the mobile app shows all appointments allocated to that staff member.  We would like to only show appointments that has the ‘Not started’ and ‘In Process’ statuses.  How do we do this? Also I believe the Appointment List on the app is the ‘Appointment Summary’ on the web version.Is this correct?

We received a pallet of good that were damaged upon arrival. How should we deal with this in Acumatica? Should I receive the items in full in Acumatica and then do an adjustment or should I NOT receive the items in Acumatica at all?Thanks!

We have an attribute we use for cases to classify the type of work we are doing on said case i.e. Microsoft Office, Hardware issue, User Error, or Server Down to name a few. Is there a limit to how many values you can add to an attribute? For further clarification, this is a combo control type.  

Hi,Is there any way we can remove few lines from the Transfer Reciept when processing 2-step Transfer method.  I tried to remove few item lines but delete (X) icon is freezed.  Thanks!

Is there a way to make the “Parent” field on Tasks editable? It would be extremely helpful to be able to add a parent to an existing task. Or change the parent task after the task is saved.  

Is there a good way to clear out the messages in the email queue? We have a ton of garbage messages I would like to just delete. 

Good day! Have you guys encountered any issues when unable to delete the on hold issues document?Basically, we wanted to delete issues document because of incorrect branch. Our organization doesn’t apply the inter-branch mapping in Acumatica. Therefore we would like to correct this issues document. If we create issues document directly, we don’t have any issues to delete it.UpdateIN has been performed and the shipment has been confirmed. We had even tried to cancel the Sales Order but unfortunately system says: SO Error: The 20SO2024-000041 sales order cannot be canceled because some items have been shipped. No invoice has been created and released yet. The issues

Dear all,Is there any specific license for additional users in Non Production Environment of Acumatica?We needed 5-10 users for like 1-2 months only in Non Production Environment. Our current version is Acumatica Cloud ERP 2023 R1 Build 23.112.0032 +.   

I have created an email notification in Email Notification for ACH payments that includes the date and amount of the bills and payments in the email, but the formatting is not carrying over from the formatting on the records in Acumatica. An example of my email is below: Payment of $2850 is in process from via ACH for the following transaction details:    Bill - 123456 - 9/2/2021 12:00:00 AM - Services Provided - $1500    Bill - 123568 - 8/23/2021 12:00:00 AM - Services Provided - $1350  Is there a way to get the date formatted without the timestamp and the numbers to format with a comma and decimal point along with the zeros?

We’re using the ShipEngine carrier integration - the only options allowed for insurance ‘Carrier’ and ‘Shipsurance’. Curious what others are using for insurance outside of these options?  

We recently migrated from MS Dynamics SL 2018 to Acumatica. There is one feature we used a lot in MSD that is missing in Acumatica: the ability to copy from excel and paste information in any grid like screen.For example, if we had a spreadsheet set up with the same columns, in the same order as the allocation screen, we could copy the information from there and paste into the software.It would be very helpful to not have to upload an invoice allocation or a JE.
