Can an employee record that was deleted be recovered?  I deleted employee (0000709) because there was a duplicate.  But I actually need to use id 0000709 for an employee.  However, if I try to set an employee ID to 0000709 now it gives the following error.  I figured if I could recover the deleted record, then I can simply update the other information for that record.  What's the work around here?

Hi All,I am going to try and keep it simpleOn a BOM there exist an item 0001 Nuts with a qty of 10, but then later on that same item’s qty needs to be changed to 12. So instead of the user searching if that item already exists on the BOM they just add another line with qty 2.When you go look at the where used inquiry it only shows the qty 10 off and not the qty 2 off.Can someone please explain why this happens.Thank youDries

I have a csv file that I am using for a GL transaction import scenario. The debit and credit amounts are in one column, debits positive number, credits negative numbers.  How can I get the import scenario to populate the debit and credit fields properly?thanks, coleen

Hi,Does anyone know how to reset line number to 1 in PO641000? The number in my report is starting with number 5 because the previous records were deleted. How do I reset it to 1?The report is currently starting from 5In the system, the previous records before 5 were deleted. 

I am trying to render a report and then email it. It is created two ways, one on demand and the other in the background. Both methods work fine on my test instance, however in production the background method almost always returns an empty report. My assumption is that the report is missing a context or there is some race condition, but I am not sure.To be clear the report is generated, with a title and other fixed fields populated, however with zero data fields populated.The background method is kicked off by a business event, I do have some PXTrace statements in my functions, however they don’t seem to produce results when the function is called from a business event, is this normal? The PXTrace is visible in the profiler when the action is executed by button press.Below is the function that creates the report, uploads it and then attaches it to the email.Any direction would be helpful at this point I have tried a lot of different things.

I used Import by Scenario to prepare two pieces of data. After clicking Import, only one piece of data could be imported, and it also marked the other piece of data as processed, although it was not imported.

While  Creating invoices for Service order   with 2 Non Stock Items both assigned to same Posting Class , But while releasing the Invoice One Item is taking  with GL Account mentioned in Posting Class and another one is taking from Item level GL Account . The Sales Sub Account mentioned in Ordertype is  to take from Branch - C , but its pulling from posting class the default sub Account  other than to the revenue posting . Kindly advise 

We have a client who needs to depreciate their assets (Land/Property) for a FULL year at a time every year.  So they may have some assets that depreciate over 5, 10 or 50 years, but they only want the full amount of depreciation for the year on the last day, NOT monthly.We thought we could define a depreciation method for the year, but then it wants to depreciate the first full year on the day you enter it and then the next year it will still calculate monthly.They could do this in their old system, so perhaps I’m just missing something?How can I define the depreciation method for them accurately and have it only post annually on the last day of the year? 

I am looking for an Acumatica out of the box Inventory Usage report that will allow our organization to understand our usage of inventory to help us update our min., max, and safety stock levels. I saw Acumatica has a future consideration that was proposed for this but I don’t see any update on the item. We are on 2023 R2, and I have to think there is functionality to review, analysis, and update the min., max, safety stock levels, etc. based on usage. Can anyone help me out with this?

Dear Community,  I would like to request your help on clearing amount of “Unbilled Prepayment Total” field under “OTHER” tab of a purchase order. We created a PO with 2 detail lines with same price “14,673,000”. After that we made one Prepayment Bill for first line of the PO. And we paid through Check and Payment Screen.After that, actual Bill came in and the amount was only “13,480,699”. So, we created Refund form for the remaining “1,192,301” and linked with Prepayment.

SO 009895 is linked to PROD120168 and PROD120169. MRP Planning should only show the production materials needed, why does it also show the demand from Sales Order? This cause the purchasing team to over-oder the materials. I have seen this issue on 2023 R1, logged a case with support, but it hasn’t been resolved (the client updated to 2023 R2, and the issue was no longer actual).This just happened again to another client running 2023 R2 .209

Hey Acumatica Community!I’m running into a very perplexing situation - some system screens (Expense Claims, Expense Receipts) are shown in the site map, I have full access rights to them, but they’re not showing up anywhere in the UI. Has anyone run into this before? Please assist with import scenario to delete item linked to request class. Request class is used in request items. It can't be deleted.

Hi guys, I have been having an issue with an entry screen for a custom screen i developed. I have added the screen and on its own it works exactly as intended, however I have made a GI to replace it as an entry screen, I can access the screen through the GI itself. However, as soon as i tick the ‘Replace entry screen with this inquiry in the menu’ tickbox, I get the error ‘Object reference not set to an instance of an object.I have attached the code for the graph and the DACs which are used in the screen.Has this happened to anyone before/does anyone know why this could be happening? Thanks,Aleks

I need help reversing a time and material invoice which has an incorrect date.   When I go to the ProForma invoice to do a correction, it is telling me “You cannot make corrections to the pro forma invoice because it has at least one time and material line”.  All lines are time and material.  How do I reverse this invoice, is there another way?  I have looked everywhere for an answer, please help. 

How do we fix the error: "EP Error: User must be an Employee to use current screen."  The User IS an employee, so I am confused.  Thank you.
