Reading the various entries with similar issues, this seems to be related to restriction groups. However, my specific scenario is for Receivables > Invoices and Memos -- Credit Memos only. Same customer, same branch, etc. I can open the invoice. Can open Invoices for other customers, but not Credit Memos.
Any ideas?

Issue resolved - the problem was in the GI: The navigation parameters did not include the DocType.
Hello, check GI for AR3010PL screen if it was modified. You can compare with sales demo GI for AR-Invoices and Memos to determine what changes have been made.
