In the Chart of Accounts, the account does not have a specific currency assigned, but transactions are being posted to it in different currencies. I would like to display these different currencies on the account — is there a solution for that?

If you denominate an account in a specific currency (the currency listed on the Chart of Accounts) it can only process transactions in that currency (and record the value in the base currency, if the denominated currency isn’t the foreign currency).  This can limit future processing of certain bills and transactions so other than Cash Accounts (where it’s required and makes a lot of sense), I generally discourage doing this as it causes more issues.

If you want to view this information, you could probably build your own inquiry for this.  Every transaction will have both the Base and Foreign currency amounts.

Hello @keyrllosesam158

If you need to check the base currency amount and Foreign currency amounts that are posted to this common account, you can try Transactions for Account (GL633500).

Thanks
