Hi,I need to do some customizations in the Catalog form in the customer portal. Therefore, I need to view and go through the customization function which includes Customization functions like the following image.  But that highlighted function is not available in Catalog form when I am logging as admin. And also, the highlighted function is not available in the Catalog form when I am logging in as an external portal user.Thank you.

in acumatica 2023 R1, report is taking longer than usual time to load, has anyone encountered similar issue ?

Hi All,I have a question about the CRM Module today.I am looking to calculate the Days between the Creation Date and Conversion Date as well as Qualification Date and Conversion Date.There does not seem to be any available Field that is relating to the Timestamp of when the Lead was converted into an Opportunity. When we look at Opportunities we have the Actual Close Date on the CRM Info Tab.  Nothing similar can be found from my understanding can be found for Leads. Is that True?What workarounds are known?

Hi All,I added a new field as a list of value to “Leads” form. After published it, some errors were occurred.  Although I published it again, same error was displayed.And also, same error was displayed when open another forms like these.

Unable to to action button Extend as vendor on the customer screen while using the import scenario, as the import scenario works only on one screen which is the customer screen in this case.

With the Screen Event we control the invitations to our web seminars. Once I send the invitation from the screen event (CR306030), the record is locked in the grid for editing (checkbox optional or the comment field). It is only possible to delete it. This is inconvenient if you want to note in the comment after the invitation that the participant will attend later, or maybe did not show up.I tried a few settings in the project editor, but I could not do the editing once the invitation status changed.Can someone help me?Thanks!

Hi,Question 1: can we add additional ‘source tab' list from default list in OPPORTUNITIES > CRM INFO SOURCE SECTION. Possible to customise it or add additional into the names list that we are more familiar for our preference. Currently the default list there is: Organic Search  Campaign  Referral  Other  Web  Phone Inquiry  Purchased List e.g. We would like to change Purchased List into existing customer or web into website or other into events so that we have a more clear understanding of each OPPORTUNITIES comes from which activities that we are doing, Question 2: Also, sometimes appear that from one potential client appear to have 2 source that trigger them engage on the product and services that we provide. We are beginning to use Marketing Campaigns to target & reach out to new customers. We are encountering two challenges:On the ‘Members’ tab, the Activities Logged column does not change when we log an activity. Has anyone experienced this issue? 2021 R2. There is no Notes field on the ‘Members’ tab. We are wanting to use the listing of members and indicate a short note whether we reached out to them - but seems like the only option is to log an activity which adds to the Activities tab which doesn’t exactly get us what we are looking for.Anyone using this tool extensively? 

Hi guys.I am looking for ideas on how to do the following:We have 3 different departments with their own structure in terms of sales quotes. How can I ensure notifications are sent to the correct people based on the amount? For example: Salesperson–Head of Sales- Sales Direcetor – Head of DepartmentAny quote greater than 150 000.00 Head of Sales should receive notification of quoteAny quote greater than 500 000.00 Sales Direcetor should receive notification of quoteAny quote greater than 2 500 000.00 Head of Department should receive notification of quote Please note that this is not for approvals but rather for notifications.

In our existing Cases screen (CR306000) there are three attribute options.  How do I remove and/or add one to this screen in 22R2?

Is SendGrid integration with Acumatica Bi-directional. i.e. if we have a Marketing Campaign called “New Year Campaign” in Acumatica and if we send campaign emails from within SendGrid, will Activities under the Campaign in Acumatica get automatically updated with emails sent from SendGrid?

Getting the below error when trying to set value for a custom field. Multiple users have brought this to my attention after upgrading to 2022 R2 release.  They do all of their email out of Acumatica and use the Discard Changes and  Close button and that seems to be missing.  Any way to get that button back?  It seems in the new release of 2022 R2, when you open an email activity, it opens a duplicate tab, and the Discard Changes and Close button is gone now.  Now you have to close the tab and go back to the previous All Emails tab at the top. We used to have the Discard icon.I looked but did not see any changes for this in any of the User Guides.

Hello,My client is using the CRM in many phases of their process. I need to be able to limit which types of activities a certain user can see. For example, they can see emails but they can’t see notes. The reason is that they attach notes realted to the funding of the project and they don’t want that information know to all users.If I could limit the activities a user can see by filtering out the “Internal” activities, that would be enough.Any ideas? 

Has anyone been able to map the owner field from Salesforce (Opportunities, Leads, Business Accounts, Contacts) into Acumatica? I do not see the owner field mapped in the native Salesforce import scenarios. I have not had any luck mapping the Owner ID field from Salesforce to any of the fields available in Acumatica, such as “owner”, “owner ID”, or “Owner > Contact”. 

I’m looking to see if Acumatica has an out of the box SendGrid Dashboard? I’ve seen two basic ones in youtube video’s but even with my VARs help we haven’t been able to confirm an out of the box dashboard is available. 

Hi All, We are currently running into some issues identifying concise and strong logic to route a Sales Quote through Approval when a Business Account is not a Customer yet.The Numbering Sequences are not unique as converting a Prospect into a Customer and it seems that the Business Account Status and Type are not available in the Approval Map Entities and Fields for the Sales Quote. Any ideas?

Hi All,We are having a strange issue with emails on version of Acumatica (2019 R1).Issue: Emails getting randomly redirected.          A(outlook) → sends email to B (support email address). This support email address is configured at SM204001.          For some reason Application (Acumatica ERP) redirects/forwards the email to the recipients who were initially part of the email chain but no longer. Not sure if there are some default rules configured to redirect within the framework. This happens randomly, so hard to identify the root cause.Mail servers are hosted on premise.

Our current process is to create a Lead complete with New Contact and Business Name.We desire to default Lead Owner to Operator entering the Lead as well default respective New Business Account and Contact Owner from Lead Owner.Is there a way to setup Acumatica to accomplish this ?I have both entered Leads manually and from Import Scenario, setting Owner manually, converting to Business Account and Contact without the Owner copying over.

Lead Class does not appear on Marketing --> Lead entry screen. How do I expose that field ?We desire to 1. Make it enterable 2. Make it mandatory  

We are coming off an ECISolutions software and migrating to Acumatica. In the mapping of Customers there is a field called Account Ref which I believe links that customer to a GL Account. My question is what actually goes into that field? In ECISolutions there is a field called debnr that is listing the customer number back to the gbkmut table (main GL table).  Would it be better to link the Customer Class back to the GL Account(s) or continue using the cusotmer number? The final say of course would be for the Accounting Manager to make that decision.

The user is entering Bills and Adjustments, and when they use the lookup in the Vendor field, select the related Vendor, the ID populated the field momentarily, then disappears acting as if a Vendor hasn’t been inserted. What would cause this to happen?
