I’m just starting to explore Marketing activities in Acumatica and I’m stumbling right out of the box.
I want to create a dynamic marketing list, but my underlying generic inquiry is not available as a selection for my marketing list.
I’m sure I’m missing something basic, but I’m stumped.
This is my generic inquiry setup (I’ve tried it with the workspace fields both filled in and blank):
But it’s not listed as a selection on my marketing list:
What am I missing??

Your GI needed a table to pull from the CR table.
After I added that, I could see the GI on the marketing list

If you View Inquiry on your GI, do you get results?
Can you share the XML of the GI also?

That worked!
One more question...now my filter isn’t showing as a selection.
I filtered the output for orders withing the last 5 years (and saved it):
But it’s not showing as a selection on the marketing list:

You need to make the Filter Shared on the GI.
