Hello everyone,We recently received an email from Shopify titled "Action needed: Test apps by Oct 1 for fulfillment updates." It lists our Acumatica ERP Connector (the custom app used by Acumatica's built-in Shopify connector) as possibly needing an update for Shopify's new "ship and pickup in one order" feature.Shopify is asking the app developer to test in their feature preview and then submit a compatibility confirmation form. The form asks us to confirm that:The app does not create, update, or delete merchant delivery (shipping) profiles (market-driven shipping), and The app correctly handles orders with multiple delivery groups and multiple fulfillment orders, such as one item shipped and one item picked up in the same order. We are currently on Acumatica 2025 R1 and plan to upgrade to 2026 R1 later this year.Has anyone else received this notice? I would really appreciate any guidance on:Whether Acumatica has confirmed that the Shopify connector is compatible with these changes, in

This morning, users with Microsoft Edge are having issues when typing into fields, such as the Inventory ID field in the Inventory Summary page, When they start typing, their typed characters immediately disappear, and they cannot complete typing in a part number.  This does not impact our Chrome users. Are there any other customers having this issue?

Acumatica version: 2026 R1, build 26.100.0175.5Issue:When the SO Order Type has "Use Shipped-Not-Invoiced Account" unchecked (no account configured), pressing Update IN interactively (via UI) correctly shows a confirmation dialog:"The shipped-not-invoiced account is not used. On the subsequent invoice, revenue might be posted to a different financial period not matching the COGS period. Update IN?"However, when Update IN is triggered programmatically - either via a custom graph extension calling updateIN.Press(), or via a Business Event/Import Scenario mapped to the Update IN action - there is no way for this confirmation to be answered. The action fails with a generic wrapped exception:"Error: The record cannot be saved."surfacing through PX.BusinessProcess.Event.ManualEventProcessor.TriggerActionEvents -> PXActionCollection.PressSave -> PXWorkflowService.CompleteOperationInternal -> PXGraph.Persist(), with no indication in the exception message or trace that an unanswered co

Hello Team,I hope you are doing well.I would like to raise a concern regarding the performance and stability of the Acumatica sandbox environment. As an Automation QA Engineer, I have been experiencing significant issues that are impacting our automation testing efforts. One of the main challenges is the inconsistent and unstable page load times. The environment's performance varies considerably, which affects the reliability of our automated regression test executions and often causes test failures. In addition, we have noticed that UI element locators are not stable and frequently change or become unreliable. As a result, our automation scripts require continuous updates and daily maintenance to keep the test suite functional. This consumes a significant amount of time and effort that could otherwise be focused on expanding test coverage and improving quality.I would also like to note that these issues have been present in both the previous sandbox environment and the newly upgraded ve

Hello Team,I found the following error with payments.1. I have created a payment via API. The payment is being created successfully.2. Then I use a payment to allocate with invoice or credit memo via API to pay it.3. Send the payment with allocation to the invoice or credit memo to Acumatica via API.Acumatica returns the following error message:Payment update request returns the error message - "exceptionMessage": "An error occurred during processing of the field Reference Nbr.: Reference Nbr. 'AR.......' cannot be found in the system.\nPX.Data.PXOuterException: An error occurred during processing of the field Reference Nbr.: Reference Nbr. 'AR......' cannot be found in the system."When I repeat the same Payment update request after a period of time (in 1,5,10,20 minutes), Acumatica creates a payment successfully.Could you clarify what is the reason of this behavior?

For building an ETL pipeline to warehouse Acumatica data, are there any approaches to detect deleted records besides the traditional primary key comparison method?

How can you see what the Project Accountant role actually provides access to?We would like to allow some users to use the ‘Reclassify Bill’ feature in AP, without giving them the ability to post costs to closed Projects.

Has the functionality of the Expense Claim screen changed?  Our accounting admin was previously able to place another user’s expense claim on Hold and/or Release it all right from the expense claim screen.  But now it seems that only the creator, claimer, or a delegate can place it on hold.  And the release button has disappeared.Has anyone else seen this change?  She has admin permissions and she is above everyone in the company tree. But she still is unable to correct or release a claim from the claim screen.  She can only release it from the “Release Expense Claim” screen which is time consuming to and difficult to flip back and forth.

All,We are looking to apply finance charges to all past due invoices of 60+ days.Following are our steps from Calculate Overdue Charges:> Select Statement Cycle, date, etc.> Calculate> Uncheck box for all transactions> Filter to overdue days of 60+> Check boxes (selecting only those transactions to apply the finance charge)> Select ‘process’ not ‘process all’Acumatica is creating finance charges for ‘all’ documents and not to only the filtered values. Is there an alternate solve for this?

Sorry if this is a dupe. I'm sure it's come up before, but I wanted to see if anyone has actually got it working lately. I’ve seen a few posts, but they are older versions and I haven’t found any with it actually implemented, just general ideas.Basically, when we email an invoice using an email template, we'd also like the files attached to that invoice record to go out with it.If you've got it running, I'd love to hear how you did it and roughly which version you're on.Thanks in advance!

I am trying to figure out why my WIP report AM654000 is not corresponding to my WIP GL its not like i have multiple WIP accounts I have 1 but the ending balance on the GL is way less that the balance on the WIP report

When entering a Clock Entry for Production Orders, the Order Type dropdown displays "No Value", even though there are two Production Order Types configured in the system. In the Mobile App, the Order Type is automatically populated based on the Default Order Type specified in Production Preferences. However, when creating the Clock Entry through the application, the system is not displaying the available Order Types and instead shows "No Value" in the dropdown. As a result other order type production Nbr is not visible in production Nbr field.Could you please confirm whether this behavior is expected and advise why the configured Production Order Types are not being displayed for selection?we can select the order type when we enter the Clock entry in web browser from drop down menu

we are looking to a pricing type based on Project Price Class vs Customer Price Class.  Has anyone been able to accomplish this in the system.  We were exploring a customization for this but the price is coming back at $18,000.  i am looking to see if anyone else has come up with a solution for this.  We have 5 products with 6 different prices.   Thanks in advance for any ideas.

I have PO with discount when enter PO receipt with auto create bill. After release Po receipt bill generate without discount. The bill should include discount the same PO. Please guide me.

Hello all! Since switching to the new upgrade a couple months ago, I’ve noticed there are far more issues with the intercompany dashboards loading. Meaning, when attempting to change the company I’m working in and switch to a new company, the selection doesn’t take. If I’m not paying super close attention this leads to incorrect bills being charged to the incorrect company. For example, I wanted to create an AP Bill for Vermeer High Plains today. It was a bill for a company we refer to as “CSL”. I switched to that company, or at least I thought I did. Because the Vermeer High Plains vendor exists for all our companies, the bill went through for the wrong company. I hope this makes sense.  In any case, I’ve noticed a significant increase in this happening along with the system having a hard time recognizing when switching between various modules. Such as switching from Receivables to Finance. I’ll make the selection, but it will take me back to the original screen I started on.  Has any

We have 25R2 and when we create a vendor shipment for a Production Order, if material is not in OI-WIP at that time, the material shows 0 on the Material Move of the Production Order once the vendor shipment is confirmed even though we transfer the material from a bin location to OI-WIP prior to confirming the vendor shipment. We now have about 5 vendor shipments that show On Hold, yet the Production Orders are completed.  Material is NOT being taken out of inventory even though the vendor shipment does have the quantities shipped on them.Has anyone else had this issue?  If so, do you know a fix?

As i was releasing tax report this error popped up. see attached

After integrating Avalara and enrolling in the SST program, we had to map tax category codes and inventory ID’s to tasks used in billing. We started with tax category codes and only Avalara. The duplicated line items did not begin until we enrolled in the SST program and began using inventory ID’s (as instructed by Avalara).Has anyone experienced this issue and found a resolution? The duplicate line items appear whether it’s an older project (prior to Avalara integration) or a new project (after integration). Also, we use milestone billing for projects.

One of my clients recently ran into an issue with Shipstation and Acumatica. Shipments stopped syncing into Shipstation and he got this error message on Shipstations dashboard. Failed to import View Details The error message was helpful (great job Shipstation dev team). ⚠️ Do not click 'Reconfigure Store Connection' — it will produce this false positive and won't help. Fix the underlying shipment issue first, then the connection will work normally again. I looked at the Shipstation Logs within Acumatica (ScreenId=SS401000) Here again, great job on helpful error messages by the dev team! But I was stumped, because the shipment in Acumatica was not missing any descriptions (Item Descriptions in Acumatica map to Item Names in Shipstation) Finally, as indicated by the error messages, I found the Non-Stock Item has a NULL description. The order entry team simply fills in the description per order because this is a miscellaneous charge. The easy fix here is to put a description into the item

We are on 2025 R2 and use the EasyPost integration for shipping. Since mid-May, FedEx Express labels are generated but are corrupt and will not print on our Zebra label printer. All UPS labels print correctly as well as FedEx ground labels. FedEx Express labels created prior to mid-May can still be printed correctly. What label format works best for FedEx Express? We have used EPL for both FedEx and UPS successfully up until mid-May. As a short-term work around, we changed the FedEx label format to pdf and it generates correctly however the dimensions are incorrect therefore we can’t print it on the Zebra printer. (Printing on a laser printer, folding and taping to the boxes is time consuming but packages are going out.) It appears that there is a parameter missing in the x-EPL2 file returned to Acumatica for FedEx Express labels. The line starting with b21 ends with characters including a “?” which from my limited knowledge of the EPL language indicates a missing parameter. All new Fed

Is there any way to have a discount calculate from a group level but apply the discount as a line discount instead of a document discount? The example is: we give a qty discount on a specific brand (which is an item class), 2+ = 10% discount / 4+ = 20% discount.I can make it give the proper discount using a  document discount, however, the problem this is more difficult for reports where we track profitability per item sku and also returns etc. As the line amount per unit doesn’t reflect the discount. I don’t think there is a way to do what I want but thought I would check.

Good morning all,i am working to add an attribute in the Lot/Serial number setup screen and run into a CSSCreen Attribute error. Has anyone run into this or know how to fix it? I have tried creating a new lot/serial item and still get the same result. Please help. Thank you.

I recently noticed that when using the Prepayment Invoice functionality that the Prepayment Invoice seems to be considered a Payment despite not having received any Payment against that invoice. I am honestly surprised, but is this expected? It is truly just an Invoice like any other, but Total Paid and Unpaid Balance considers it a Payment it seems like. Does anyone else have this issue? We are having issues with appropriately reporting the true Balance due on an Order and depending on what stage the Prepayment invoices are in, the Balance Due is off by the $ Amount of Unpaid Invoices pretty much.

The Project is a field in the POReceipt table - but it appears after upgrading to 25R2 from 24R2 it is no longer visible and can not be added via screen configuration. Is this true?We got our total cost back - now the Project is gone :/

We need our techs in the field to be able to see the pictures we have attached to our stock items so they can confirm they are choosing the correct part when adding parts to an appointment in the Acumatica app.  Currently we do not see that as an option.  Should images be visible in the app?  How do you find them?
