I would like to raise a concern regarding the performance and stability of the Acumatica sandbox environment. As an Automation QA Engineer, I have been experiencing significant issues that are impacting our automation testing efforts.
One of the main challenges is the inconsistent and unstable page load times. The environment's performance varies considerably, which affects the reliability of our automated regression test executions and often causes test failures.
In addition, we have noticed that UI element locators are not stable and frequently change or become unreliable. As a result, our automation scripts require continuous updates and daily maintenance to keep the test suite functional. This consumes a significant amount of time and effort that could otherwise be focused on expanding test coverage and improving quality.
I would also like to note that these issues have been present in both the previous sandbox environment and the newly upgraded version, which suggests that the concerns may not be related to a specific release.
Could you please let us know if there is a known cause for these performance and locator stability issues? Additionally, are there any recommendations, configuration changes, or best practices that could help improve the environment's stability and make it more suitable for automation testing?
