I am converting an existing Classic UI screen to Modern UI in Acumatica and facing an issue with custom icons not displaying in the Modern UI.In the Classic UI, I have custom icons for the Set Default Site button and the Back toolbar button, along with folder and file icons displayed in the grid. These icons work correctly in the Classic UI.In the Modern UI, I have configured the button icons using @actionConfig in the TypeScript screen definition, as shown below:@actionConfig({ images: { normal: "/AcumaticaQMS26R1/Pages/EW/QC/Icons/setdefault.png" }})sPSetDefaultSite: PXActionState;Similarly, I have configured the Back button icon using back.png. However, the icons are not displaying as expected in the Modern UI.The Classic UI also uses CSS classes and the grid_RowDataBound event handler to display folder and file icons in the grid. I would like to understand how to implement the same functionality in Modern UI.My questions are:What is the correct way to configure custom

hello all,Is there any option to setup a user role in the approval maps. So if any of the users have been assigned a specific role then they have the right to approve it. Or is it possible only via setting up the workgroups?

I have an import scenario where I would like to use address line 1 and the postal code of the customer’s account as key fields instead of the customer ID and then update 2 user defined fields. This current import mapping isn’t working.

We have a logo built to 300px x 100px. I called it into our statement. It looks fine on screen in Acumatica but Pixelates when we export. Is there a fix?  Is there a recommended resolution that is different than the 300 x 100 pixel size?

When creating an AP bill directly from the Purchase receipts screen, then click ADD PO Receipt Line to add additional PO receipt lines to the same bill, some eligible receipts are not displayed. However, when we create the AP bill directly from the Bills and Adjustments screen, select the same vendor, and then ADD PO Receipt Line, all received PO receipt lines are available.Could someone please clarify why the available receipt lines differ between these two methods and whether there is a setting or process we need to follow to ensure all applicable receipts appear on the AP bill?

I’m using the Construction Edition (R1 2025), and running billing through Projects. I click Run Billing, and the system reads all the expenses in my “MAT” task (Job Materials), and marks them up by X%, and then puts them on the invoice. Now, I’d like to combine the Job Materials into a single line, to mask individual component costs from my customers. I don’t want to charge them for Widget 1 = $10, Widget 2 = $3, etc… I just want my invoice to show “Job Materials = $13” on a single line, regardless of how many expense items hit the “MAT” task.I believe the best way to do this is to modify the Printed invoice form, rather than any billing rule logic. I’m fine with the PM641000 screen showing each line in detail; as long as the PDF I send to customers displays a single line, I’d be happy. Has anyone had experience doing this? I have had two different sets of consultants try and fail so far. They’re still trying, but I wanted to ask the community. This seems like it would be very common i

Build 25.101.0153.11 We run the native Amazon Connector (BC201020) with the Non-Order Fees entity active, importing Amazon's non-order-related fees as cash transactions on CA304000. That synchronization stopped returning data at the end of August 2026 and has not recovered. The timing lines up with Amazon's removal of the Finances API v0 operations listFinancialEvents, listFinancialEventsByGroupId and listFinancialEventsByOrderId on August 28, 2026 (deprecated July 21, 2025). The stated replacement is the listTransactions operation in Finances API v2024-06-19. Through our partner, Acumatica support has confirmed that there is currently no workaround other than manually creating the required cash transactions, and that upgrading to 2025 R2 or 2026 R1 does not restore Non-Order Fees synchronization. We were told Engineering is evaluating whether a customization is technically feasible as a temporary measure. A few questions for the community and moderators:1. Is anyone else running the N

Hi everyone,We’re hitting a small snag with rounding in our setup and would love some advice! Our system is set to 2 decimal places, but a few of our vendors use unit prices with 4 decimals. Because of this, the total amount (ext. cost) gets slightly off when we generate Bills and Receipts compared to the original PO.Here’s what we’re doing right now: Vendor Bill: We can manually tweak the total so it matches the vendor's invoice fine. Receipt: It pulls the total directly from the PO and won't let us edit it. This leaves us with a small inventory value difference. Has anyone run into this before? What's the best way or workarounds to fix or balance this out on the Receipt side? Thanks in advance for any tips!

I’m trying to log in with my user (or any user) but I keep getting “Invalid credentials. Please try again.” message.  I reset the password to “setup” in the Users SQL table but that doesn’t help.I even tried clicking “Forgot your credentials?” and filled out the form giving me: “An email with further instructions will be sent to this address if it matches an existing user. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, try again or contact your system administrator.”No email is sent. How can I set the password and log in?

I'm working on a customization that propagates a parent production order strain to the finished-good lot's STRAIN attribute when a Move transaction is released. The data is being written correctly, but the Lot/Serial Details popup (IN209600) doesn't reflect it visually. I'd appreciate guidance on the correct write path. I also want to flag a secondary issue with Business Event polling in this tenant. Environment Acumatica version: 26.100.0175.1 Tenant: Village Farms Development Customization Project: StrainPropagation (Level 20) Custom class: MoveStrainPropagationExt - a PXGraphExtension<MoveEntry> overriding the Release action Background on approach (why code instead of a Business Event) The original plan was to implement this as a no-code Business Event + Generic Inquiry + Import Scenario. However, Business Event polling has been unreliable in this tenant - BEs configured against a GI filtering AMBatch / AMMTran (released by-product and final-move events) did not fire consist

We are using the  native Amazon Connector (BC201020), importing seller-fulfilled orders.I originally set up an item as a stock item and added its ASIN as an Alternate ID (Global type) on the Cross-Reference tab. We later decided the item should be a non-stock item instead. I created the non-stock item, removed the cross-reference row from the stock item (and saved), and added the same ASIN as a Global cross-reference on the non-stock item. When the Amazon Connector imports an order containing that ASIN, it errors out saying the cross-reference exists on two items — both the original stock item and the new non-stock item.**What I've checked:**- Reopened the stock item (IN202500) — the cross-reference row is not visible on the Cross-Reference tab.- The non-stock item (IN202000) shows exactly one row for the ASIN, Alternate Type = Global.- Only one UOM row exists per item; no duplicates within either item.**Questions:**1. Is there a place other than the item's Cross-Reference tab (e.g., a

Good day I am running the customer statement on demand for a customer denoted in a foreign currency and they have open items. However on printing the Multicurrency statement is comes out blank and the customer’s currency set in master data does not appear on statement.Where could I be getting it wrong?

Hi everyone,We have a consignment sales process where, upon receiving a PO from a consignment customer, we manually create a Transfer Order (TO) sales order in Acumatica. This process transfers inventory from our warehouse to the consignment warehouse.Subsequently, every two weeks, we create a regular sales order based on the actual quantities sold during that period. We are currently integrating with SPS Commerce EDI and would like incoming customer POs to automatically generate TO orders in Acumatica. However, we have encountered an issue: the “Destination Warehouse” field on the TO header is mandatory, and the EDI-generated order does not populate this value. Has anyone implemented a similar consignment process with Acumatica and SPS Commerce EDI? If so:How did you handle the Destination Warehouse requirement? Were you able to configure it through standard functionality?Or did it require customization on the Acumatica side? Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I’ve created a very simple GI to show account’s history out of GLTranR DAC. However, I am unable to pull the beginning and ending balance data. The goal is to show each GL Account ending balance per transaction line. Basically, like the below showing the Account ID, BegBal, Debit and Credit Amt and its ending balance on that day.Attached is the GI I created. I am open to suggestions or if you could modify the GI to achieve this, that’d be great as I think many of users/consultants would want this. Thanks heaps! 😊I’ve created a GI to show ending balance per period, but we do need the specific date rather than the period with no way to check at any other point in time. With a date filter we simply go back to the day we need to check.

Hi all,I’m testing Order Orchestration in Acumatica 26R1 using Destination Priority with multiple warehouses and wanted to confirm the expected behavior when total available inventory across all eligible warehouses is insufficient.Current setup:Fulfillment Strategy: Destination Priority Shipping Zone: EAST Warehouse priority: EAST CENTRAL WEST Order type is configured for Order Orchestration Will Call is cleared and the order is otherwise eligible for orchestrationI’ve confirmed the following behavior:If one warehouse can fulfill the full quantity, Acumatica may select that single warehouse. If no single warehouse can fulfill the quantity, but multiple warehouses can collectively cover it, Acumatica successfully splits fulfillment across those warehouses. If the total available quantity across all eligible warehouses is less than the sales order quantity, orchestration fails with:“The order cannot be orchestrated due to insufficient stock across all available warehouses.”  The clien

We have recently upgraded to 2025R2 and with modern UI on our Change Orders require to be released after final approval. With Classic UI it still works as expected where Final Approval results in Status Closed How do I update the modern UI to go straight to Status Closed after final approval instead of Open → Release

Hi,When the system was implemented, existing assets were brought on & brought forward depreciation, it looks like a number of assets are trying to post the depreciation back to origin inception which predates the system. This depreciation all needs to be posted in June 2026, how can I force this into June 2026?

Hello Acumatica,Hide the rows and columns in the Matrix Item grid when there are no corresponding inventory variants or all matrix cells are empty. If a row or column has no valid Attribute values, I want it to be hidden instead of being displayed with empty cells.Any guidance or sample implementation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi All, this question relates to our customisation and business events, so not sure if it already covered in general topic, but it is then happy for one of you to direct me there. Now in our setup of 2023R1 (I know its old and we are planning to upgrade) we have added a custom field to the customer screen.  Based on the value of this custom field couple of business event gets fired up in the back ground that updates the Payment methods on the customer with certain logic.  Our problem is related to ARDD payment method where in-consistently on a small number of customers these ARDD payment methods are not linking to the customer even when the business even has run and finished.I have been going back and forth with MYOB Support for months and now the final gist that we are being told is that we should not use business events but instead get MYOB Support to customise the same via code which is more reliable.  Is this true?  For something that has been working flawlessly for 3 years, now is

I am migrating a 25R1 Self Service Portal to 26R1. I have the main site running in 26R1 with my customizations.I installed the portal against my 26R1 database.  I created a new VS project and copied in my code from the 25R1 stuff.  It is all kinds of broken.  The PX.Objects.SP is gone.  I added PX.Objects.Portals.dll into my project and it resolved some of the bad references.Does anyone know what assembly I need for PortalSetup?  I also used SP.Objects.IN.Descriptor.  That is missing too.Is there some reference material as to what I need to do to fix my bad references?  Sorry if it is something I should know about already, but I am not able to find anything.

We added a user defined field "return reason" on SO Invoice, and set it as required for the Credit Memo type, to require users to select a reason for creating the credit memo. There is no problem for manually created credit memos. But when users use the invoice correction function, when releasing the new invoice, the system will automatically create a credit memo to offset the previous incorrect invoice. Since this action runs in the backend, the credit memo cannot be created, which also causes the new correction invoice cannot be released.I have thought of setting a default value for the return reason. But in this case, users will most likely forget to change it to the real value when manually creating credit memos. When we did not set this field as required before, we already found that many users forgot to select it.Is there any good solution for this?

Has anyone built or customized a Paid Time Off (PTO) request workflow in Acumatica? This would be a rather simply process.Employee selects the date(s) they want to request off. Optional note can be added. Request is submitted to a designated approver. Approver can approve or reject the request. Employee receives a notification of the action. Global dashboard to view all requests.A nice-to-have feature would be tighter integration with timecards. Once the employee's weekly timecard is created, any approved PTO dates would automatically populate as PLT / Vacation without the employee having to enter them manually.Has anyone seen something similar to this?

I have this discount code But when I create a sales order with this customer I cannot get the discount to trigger. And I can’t add it manually either. Hopefully I’m just missing something silly :)

I’m working on a requirement in Acumatica ERP where I need to restrict certain basic or master data by company. By default, this data is shared across companies, but in my case, it needs to be company specific. There are multiple instances where this applies, not just the examples below: Salespersons → used in Sales Orders / Invoices Staff → used in Appointments / Service Orders My current approach is to add a Company ID field to each of these master records and then modify filters in the relevant screens using PXRestrictor to only show data for the current company. However, since this logic needs to be implemented in many places, I’m looking for a more centralized or scalable approach to handle this requirement. Is there a recommended way in Acumatica to control or restrict shared data by company without having to manually filter it in every screen?
