Credential recovery: doesn't sent email

UPDATE Users SET Password = '123', LockedOutDate =null WHERE Username = 'admin'

If you want to run it only for the particular tenant then add the “companyId” in the where condition.

The functionality is such that the system uses the default email that is specified on the user's profile. This overrides what is specified as the default email on the Email Preferences screen. If the default email on the Email Preferences and on user's profile are blank, then the recovery email will not be generated.

Also you can request an admin user to reset your password.

UPDATE dbo.Users
SET Password = 'Setup',
    LockedOutDate = NULL,
    LastLockedOutDate = NULL,
    FailedPasswordAttemptCount = 0,
    FailedPasswordAttemptWindowStart = NULL,
    PasswordRecoveryExpirationDate = NULL,
    PasswordChangeOnNextLogin = 0,
    PasswordNeverExpires = 1
WHERE Username = 'admin'
  AND CompanyID = 2;

After running try to login with 
Username: admin
Password: Setup
