Hi,I have created a new custom endpoint to retrieve required fields of Shipment. I could successfully add Packages and Inventory Details with Allocation info. I can expand that entities with the API call. After adding ShipTo Address same with Packages and Inventory Details, I couldn’t reach Address fields on the response. I added them in the same way which Object Type is Detail and fields are populated from dropdown.I’m currently working on Acumatica 2019R2. I’m not sure where I can find useful information for this but the error is:The given key was not present in the dictionary.I’ve checked field names and they seem correct. Why this error occurs with ShipTo Address information?

Is there a way to tell the system to look at the header description in an entry form and pull it to the line detail transaction description? It’d be nice to have this in other screens, but I’m particularly interested in the Bills & Adjustments screen (below is an example invoice to demonstrate). Right now we have manually type in the transaction description each time.

I’ve recently gone through Acumatica’s discount code and Credit terms setups. Our client specifically requested that a rebate (discount) is provided to their customers once they have exceeded volume ordered - but not only at a document level, but rather at a monthly accumulative level. I don’t believe that Acumatica provides this feature, and its rather a standard Credit term practice in Africa.

Why is it that some sites work as embedded pages in Acumatica (such as bing.com), while other sites do not work (such as yahoo.com)?

Hollo,I have a custom project that runs fine on the 2019R2 version. I updated to 2020R1 and I imported the custom project. I encountered this error : “The insertion of the record 'Billing address' generated at least one error. Please correct the errors. Error: 'Revision code' cannot be empty.” Best regards.

This issue brothers me for a long time.I have two environments. 1 for development, 1 for production. I did the same steps as below:1, Create a new customer named "TESTID"2, Delete the "TESTID" after creation immediately. At this time, it would be marked deleteddatabaserecord =1 in BAccount table. Now, here comes huge different. If I recreated the "TESTID" in my development environment, the system allows and just update the deleteddatabaserecord to 0 and other fields updated according to new input. However, the production environment won't allow to created the customer "TESTID", says "Can not insert duplicated line into object "dbo.BAccount" with unique index. The duplicated key is (2,TESTID)"This issue also happens to other entities, such as Stock Item. So is there a switch or specific setting?I would be really appreciated if somebody could give me the right direction.

Hello, does anyone know what part of the code chooses which locations are assigned to a shipment line?I am trying to restrict a warehouse location to customers who have a specific Tax Zone, so that only customers who have the tax zone can have quantity allocated from that location.Scenario:There are three locations in the warehouse: A, B, and C. A and B have higher pick priority than C.Two Tax Zones: A and BItem 123 is stocked in each of the locations. Stock in location A can only be allocated to customers with the Tax Zone A, stock in location B can only be allocated to customers with the Tax Zone B. Stock in location C can be allocated to any customer.Say that location A has 1 available, B has 2 available, and C has 10 available. If a customer in Tax Zone A orders 5 of the item, then the allocation should be 1 from location A and 4 from location C. Location B should be ignored even though it has higher priority than C. I am looking through the SOShipmentEntry graph to see how quantity

I’m in the process of creating an indicator for a client with all unreleased AR documents.Unfortunately it’s not a Generic Inquiry type screen I could just replicate and use in scorecard KPI dashboard widget. I tried to build a Generic Inquiry but linking ARInvoice with ARPayment brings no results. Is there any way of creating such an indicator for a dashbaord? Maybe I’m linking the DB tables just wrong.

Hello,  I add button through automation steps before     but after we upgraded to 2020r2, this method does not work anymore. Can this method still be working, or I have to use something called workflow?

Hello everyone ; How exactely does the reverse vat work? I created a reverse vat and a general one to cancel it while billing but it doesn’t work. I’ll have the tax amount on the bills of a EU clients. Help !!! Thanks

Option is available in GL Preferences Screen. This gives you one batch for all the released documents however we have a customer who is wondering if it was possible to only have one line for the entire batch.  See attachment for further details - You'll see that I released 2 bills together to get batch 4414 and 2 checks together to get batch 4415 but they are wanting to only see one line with the total (for example for batch 4415 they would want to only see one entry to AP for $68.25.  Is this something that is possible?  It's actually more in the cash account where they would like to only see the one entry.  They're finding it a lot to reconcile the bank when each payment goes in individually.

Using a an Azure Classic Cloud Service, we are making REST API calls to a 2020R2 instance (default endpoint), using a token granted through a Connected Application. So for each API request, we are including the “Bearer” header with the access token. This access token was acquired by a different system and sent to the cloud service to process an import/export of data. (The cloud service makes no “login” request, requests with username/password, no “logout” request, no token renewals)When exporting data TO the Acumatica instance, depending on the amount of data to be executed, we make 25-1000+ API calls to that instance (checking if a record exists, if not creating the record. Also checking dependencies).Issue: In the middle of an export process, we experience a failed call with a HTTP Status Code 401 returned with the following data:{"message":"You are not logged in."}This occurred after checking the status of a long-running ReleaseBill Action. This is the order of requests:GET /entity/

Hello Team,Could you please tell, is it possible to add DUNS numbers in Acumatica? If yes, how I can do it?

Hej!Is there any known way to maybe convert a already made Report File (.rpx) to HTML, so we can use it as notification template? Our Customer would like to send E-Mails with their Design but without having the main report attached, instead letting the E-Mail itself being the “Report”.Help would be appreciated! Thanks

Hello, I wanted to change about 1000 of our vendor’s from one vendor class to another using the Mass Update function of the standard Vendor GI.  When I go to do it it fails with an “Error: Update button disabled”.  Any chance someone here has run into (doing any function) that or do I need to open a support ticket?   I am on 2020R2 with the following build and customizations.  Build 20.200.0077 Customization: AIAHotfixCase161515,ASGClientForLifeDashboard,PVAULT[20.201.0051][2020.0.1.10],PVAULT[20.101.0032][2020.0.1.5] Thanks

May I know when integration of an Information System and Acumatica ERP is happened in what system we maintain the master data specifically for the areas of payroll and Employee Information Management?

Hi,On this marketplace page for EasyPost: https://www.acumatica.com/acumatica-marketplace/easypost-shipping-integration/There is an image with the PX.EasyPostCarrier.EasyPost Plug-In. I was wondering if this is available somewhere. I did reach out to EasyPost support and the support person was not familiar with integration. https://cdn.acumatica.com/content/plugins/ac-marketplace/uploads/EASYPOST/ISV-Solutions-796-1Manage-ISV-Solutions-for-ISV727-1ScreenShot1.PNGIs that available for testing in 2020 R1?Thank you

We have a client that would like the ability to have file attachments (PDFs) automatically attached to customer opportunity files in Acumatica.  We were thinking this might be triggered by a string in the subject line of the email that identifies the opportunity or customer.Has anyone done this, or is it doable? Thanks,Scott

Hello,      I tested in 2 environments, 1 is 2020R1 Build 20.105.0024, the other is 2020R2, Build 20.203.0028.      Both meet the same errors.      The report (AR672000 ) is running correctly, however, if I want to do a little modification and open the report from server, it shows errors in report designer, some like “textbox75” is duplicated stated, totally 4 errors, including “textbox75”,textbox76,textbox79,textbox80.          If I did nothing, no changes, and just save this opened file back to server,       it won’t display well, while it did display well before save this rpx back.       So my large guess is the file is broken when opening.     The line with doc.type= INV is missing data. which it did display data before.      Can someone help me out?

there’s another way to create action in 2020  R1 ?or i’m missing something Thanks.

Hi allIs there any way to customize the dashboard layout? I know where to select the pre-created layouts, but would like to specify my own “blocks” in the layout if possible.

We have a customer that wants to begin using the Acumatica Customer Portal.  This will require some specific customizations to Acumatica and the Portal.  Before making the investment they are asking to speak to another client that uses the Customer Portal for customer self service.  Are there any customers that would speak to our client?  We do not need to be a part of this discussion.  Please let me know.  I can’t get Acumatica to provide a name since this is not a reference check; they already own the Portal.

Unless I’m missing something the Calendar Board shows blocks of appointments scheduled. These blocks only use the Appointment time and not the employee actual logged time. We have employees on and off jobs, doing multiple jobs in a day. Looking at the calendar these jobs overlap and don’t really show me their true schedule. If I have a crew of 2 guys on a 8am to 5pm job and they took different lunch breaks. A third guy came to help for 3 hours in the middle of the day on the appointment. The calendar will show 8am to 5pm for all three guys.Is the expectation to create separate appointments.I’m already doing that for all our multi-day jobs. There is no way we could manage to control that many appointments. We have planned jobs but also a large percent of our jobs are emergency calls so we have to be flexible.Should I put in a request to be able to view scheduled vs logged time or something?
