Error: Update button disabled when doing mass update to Vendor records

Hello,

 

I wanted to change about 1000 of our vendor’s from one vendor class to another using the Mass Update function of the standard Vendor GI.  When I go to do it it fails with an “Error: Update button disabled”.  Any chance someone here has run into (doing any function) that or do I need to open a support ticket?   I am on 2020R2 with the following build and customizations.  

Build 20.200.0077 Customization: AIAHotfixCase161515,ASGClientForLifeDashboard,PVAULT[20.201.0051][2020.0.1.10],PVAULT[20.101.0032][2020.0.1.5]

I was just told by our vendor that we cannot mass update the Vendor Class since it can change other fields depending on the vendor class settings.  Thought I would put that out here in case anyone else ever has this issue.
