Automate file attachments

We have a client that would like the ability to have file attachments (PDFs) automatically attached to customer opportunity files in Acumatica.  We were thinking this might be triggered by a string in the subject line of the email that identifies the opportunity or customer.

Has anyone done this, or is it doable?

I use the Outlook add on and am able to attach to contacts, opportunities, cases, and in 2020R2 projects.

I’m not sure of an “automatic” way to attach documents but if they use the outlook addon they can attach the email to the opportunity and it would also attach any attachments from the email.

How do you attach an email?  I didn’t think .msg files were acceptable?
