Has anyone else noticed this behavior on 2020R2 and later versions?We are seeing this on a third client environment, and the second time for this particular environ.On Feb 28th Tenant 3 had a full snap shot taken and restored to Test Tenant 4.  Beginning on the morning or March 3 when a user logged into tenant 4 (or switched from tenant 3 to tenant 4) and this exceeded the 2 concurrent user limit in tenant 4... users logged into tenant 3 were logged out with the message “You have been logged out due to exceeding the number of tenants in the system.”Restarting the application, via Application Updates SM203510, seems to have resolved the issue and we plan to add this step to our snapshot process for migrating data from PROD to QA/Training environs.The same thing happened on a Snapshot done on Jan 10, and users logging in throughout the day Jan 11 received this error. Acumatica restarted the server and we had no further issues.

Like the title says, I’ve created a dialog and added a grid inside. I have an action button which will pop-up the dialog/grid just fine as long as I use a database-based DAC. However, when trying to use an in-memory DAC no rows are displayed in grid… Snippets below: In page extension class:        public PXFilter<LabelZZZ> LotLabelsPanel;        //this will work...public PXSetup<QLSetup> LotLabelsPanel;         public PXAction<SOShipment> LotLabels;        [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Lot Labels")]        [PXButton]        protected virtual void lotLabels()        {            var bbb = new LabelZZZ();            bbb.Finish = true;            bbb.Qty = 1;            LotLabelsPanel.Insert(bbb);             var ccc = new LabelZZZ();            ccc.Finish = false;            ccc.Qty = 9;            LotLabelsPanel.Insert(ccc);            if (LotLabelsPanel.AskExt(true) != WebDialogResult.OK) return;        }  DAC class:    [PXVirtual]    [Serializable]    public class LabelZ

We have an import scenario based on a Generic Inquiry data provider to automate the release of Kit Assemblies. When the import scenario is run manually (from the Import by Scenario screen SM206036) it works perfectly and releases the Kit Assembly as expected.However, when it is run using the “Prepare and Import” option from the Process Import Scenarios screen SM206035, the Release step returns an Error: Another process has updated the ‘INRegister’ record.  Your changes will be lost.We have narrowed down the issue to the ‘Release’ action.  In the screenshot below the update to the Description field is successful.  We have tried with and without the ‘Save’ operation.  We also tried creating the Assembly and releasing it in a single import scenario but received the same error message there as well.In our test example there is only a single record returned by the Generic Inquiry, so it must be somehow conflicting with itself.  There seem to be two different versions of the release action o

Is there an online list of Acumatica Partners in European countries? I have a lead for Spain. Maybe create a section in the Discussions Forum called Overseas Acumatica Offices and Partners. and post the contact information for each office and partner. Sometimes an overseas company has a major office or plant in the USA. This requires to also contact the main overseas HQ people during prospecting., Thanks for your helpToon SixToonSIx@intercs.com

Hi All,Am I missing something here, I see you can easily do mass emails (Marketing | Mass Email). But I can’t see an easy way to en mass create a load of Tasks / Appointments for members of a Marketing Campaign or Marketing Lists. Within both options you can create an activity, but it seems just for that List/Campaign but they don’t seem to have any links to the members within. Example Scenario - I have a Marketing List of 100 members, How do I easily create a Task/Appointment for all 100 people? I don’t always want to email them and want to set up tasks for users to then call them.

Hi, I’m new with Acumatica, and I have a question about load data with a PXSelector. I need add the data in some fields of the Grid and other in a form, but I don’t know how to do that. Help, please.

Hello everyone,In the below popup(Bank deposit->Add payment), I have added a custom button(Update).In the button click, I will verify some conditions and I have to update the selected checkbox to true to the payments which are satisfied the conditions. But, I’m unable to update the checkbox to true. Below is the code i have tried. #region Event Handlers public PXAction<PaymentInfo> ImportPayment; [PXButton()] [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Update")] public virtual IEnumerable importPayment(PXAdapter adapter) { if (Base.AvailablePayments.Any()) { foreach (PaymentInfo paymentInfo1 in Base.AvailablePayments.Select()) { if (paymentInfo1.ExtRefNbr == "417028599")//Some conditions need to be checked to make selected checkbox true { paymentInfo1.Selected = true; // Base.AvailablePayments.Cache.Update(paymentInfo1);

Is there a way to have a multiselector in the mobile app like there is in the main application (PXMultiSelector)?

HiI am trying to access the WSDL  based on a endpoint version: 20.200.001has support for this been removed? Build version: 21.207.0045

Our services clients have sub contractors who provide invoices but the payment of the invoices has to be made to an umbrella  services company and only one payment to cover all sub-contractors associated to the umbrella company.A parent child association would work well here as it does in AR.

Hi guys, does anyone happen to know how to terminate a deferral schedule related to an AP bill? In the system I couldn’t find any button to close/cancel/delete/terminate/reverse it.Till now I have run recognition twice (at the end of December 2021 and January 2022). But unfortunately we just found out that there’s something wrong with the bill and we need to reverse the whole thing, including the bill and this deferral schedule.How will it infect the deferral schedule if I reverse the bill now? Is there anything else that I need to do?Thanks.

I am trying to help a customer with trying to get DeviceHub setup and eventually to get FedEx labels to print via DeviceHub.There are bits of information scattered in the community and on other Acumatica focused sites on the web. Acumatica help documentation also is difficult to find instructions for DeviceHub installation and configuration.Does anyone have a top-to-bottom documentation on at least the DeviceHub setup and usage? Thank you,Greg

We have been using ShipStation and Acumatica for 4 years, and have not run into this problem. To my knowledge, no settings or configurations have been changed. But over the last several weeks, the integration seems to have degraded. We can export shipments fine, and maybe 1 out 15 shipments gets confirmed. The vast majority, however, remain open. When the issue first started, the tracking # and freight costs were still importing. I was able to build a filter based on these parameters and my warehouse was able to manually confirm the ones that had shipping info. On the ShipStation Log Details screen, most are in error. I have searched this Community and others like it and the ShipStation Community and have been able to find anyone else with this specific issue. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I ran into an error when publishing a customization project that I haven’t seen before:  “The '<project name>' customization project contains a prohibited database script”.  The customization has published without errors and the db script in it executes fine on many different Acumatica instances except for this particular one.  The db script just drops a view if it exists, and then creates the view.  The Acumatica build is 21.115.0017.  The error shows up right away after selecting Publish.  Did I miss something in the release notes somewhere where certain db commands are no longer allowed in scripts, or could it be a licensing or permissions issue of some kind?

Hi all. Are Balance sheets and Income statements possible in Acumatica with Power BI?

Should I be concerned if the update completes despite having ‘aborted’?

I have items on my MRP Exceptions that are showing Transfer Available types. How do I get these off of this list as they should not be available from that supply warehouse? They are the ones highlighted on the bottom.

I have created a wiki article consisting of a few images making up a flow chart. I would like to create a link from the image to a process screen (new cases) in the customer portal, so that the user can click on the image and will be taken to the appropriate screen.

Please review the errors. CuryOpenTaxTotal: Tax is not up-to-date. CuryUnbilledTaxTotal: Tax is not up-to-date. ShipVia: 'Ship Via' cannot be empty.Shipping address and methods are present in the order JSON along with Tax lines which appear to all be accurate. Any input on where the misconfiguration could be would be greatly appreciated!
