Should I be concerned if the update completes despite having ‘aborted’?

During upgrade from 2021 R2 build 204 to 209, I received the error 'Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint LoginTrace_PK;

I reran the update only on the database after it completed and was forced to drop the ‘RemovedLoginTrace’ table, after which it completed successfully.
I have yet to find adverse effects.
