Solved

Hi Acumatica TeamCurrently , we would like create a scoring system to tie with individual/department KPI , not sure if Acumatica got this kind of function ?  Hope to hear from you soon.

I have recently upgraded a client that was running big commerce connection in 2020R2 with no issues after the upgrade some of orders get this error message but i have not been able to narrow down what causes this problem it seam random to me.“An error occurred during processing of the field Applied To Order value 759.04 Incorrect value. The value to be entered must be less than or equal to 0.0000”i have no idea what field is trying to be updated. any help would be much appreciated.

When people work on grids or view, they would like to see the subtotals at the bottom of the grids. I know we can add a calculated field to the headr of data entry screens and using “SumCalc” update that field from the grids but it is not really handy and neat specially when you have many numeric columns that you would like to sumerize. We can see many of these screens in construction module. What I would like to do is to 1) add a subtotal to the bottom of the grids 2) freez this subtotal row at the bottom of the grid to prevent from hiding. I know there is a property in Acumatica grids for “Footer” that in “Summary Type” we can type of aggregate function we want to use but for some reason I couldn’t make it work on a sample grid I’m testing. I see Acumatica has used this functionality in “Balalnces” tab of “Projects” as shown in the below snip but I see the “Footer Summary Type” is not set at all for this grid.Has anyone added something like “Expense Total” from the above snip to any

i am getting error when i process sales order ERROR:The sales order could not be imported because the combination of the New York State store shipping zone and the None store shipping method is not mapped to a Ship Via or the mapping is inactive in the store settings.

Hello Everyone,I am working on a SO Import and ideally I would like to have the least amount of lines possible on the sales order. For instance, let’s say my data provider has 8 lines for a cheeseburger, is it possible to combine those 8 lines into one?For instance combine the asparagus and cheeseburger lines into one:

Has anyone been successful in adding the Vendor.AcctReferenceNbr to the NACHA ACH export scenario? I have managed to add the addendum section to the export file but cannot get this field to populate. Below is my current configuration in the export scenario.

When will the Fast track snapshots for 2021 R2 be available?

Is there a way to restrict cash account from being used in Paychecks detail section? We have a client that accidentally entered cash GL account on the details section of a paycheck, they would like to avoid doing this in the future.

I have a UDF in the CROpportunity table.  This is the DAC Ext field: public class CROpportunityExt : PXCacheExtension<PX.Objects.CR.CROpportunity> { #region UsrOppCreateDateEdit [PXDBDate] [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Created Date")] public virtual DateTime? UsrOppCreateDateEdit { get; set; } public abstract class usrOppCreateDateEdit : PX.Data.BQL.BqlDateTime.Field<usrOppCreateDateEdit> { } #endregion }The field is on the Opportunity screen and it saves data to the DB.I have a simple GI that uses the CROpportunity table and pulls two fields:When I view the GI, I get an empty columnNote that the screen shot with 4/28/2022 is on OP000396.Any ideas why the filed comes up empty on the GI?

Hi everybody,We are looking for a solution on how to convert a stock item to another new item when inventory was moved to a certain Warehouse.Example: Warehouse 1 is the main warehouse where we sell Product having SKU AAA for it’s original price. Now, there is a Warehouse 2 where we move items that are still usable but has quite damage and sold for lesser price. We need that Product AAA converted to a separate product, like SKU AAA-2, since we don’t want to track the inventory of items already moved to Warehouse 2 on the original item AAA. Will that be possible? That transferring an item from one warehouse to another will also move the quantity from original item SKU to new (or another) SKU?

I’m triggering an action on multiple EPEmployee rows on GI ScreenId=EP2030PL.  The PXAdapter TotalRows = 0 on each action call, and for each Base.Employee.Current is obviously a single employee.  I would like to either get the row count on how many where triggered so that I can make an API call on the last one, or get an indicator when the last action is being called.I’d prefer to get all of the selected Employee objects in a single Action on PXGraphExtension<EmployeeMaint> without creating a custom DAC and custom MassProcessing screen.  Is there a way to do this?

Hello,We are trying to understand the how the refund integration works in Shopify and why we are getting “voided payments” created instead of “customer refunds.”Our Shopify website is setup to capture payments at the sale. When we go to refund an order, we start the process through Shopify and hit the refund button (picture attached) and then we let the integration build the refund. Instead of creating a “customer refund” (which we think we want), the integration has been creating voided payments. What is the logic for how this integration is supposed to work and is there something we can do to have the integration create customer refunds instead?

For Example at Sales Orders Tab I have Custom Field, Some kind of Ref nbr. and I want to make Searchable this Document from General search with that Custom Field, is it possible and how? Thanks

Hi everyone,We use the mobile app for a while. The problem is when review the list. The first column should be the inventory id or location id. But the screen is showing the description for the inventory id or location id. I have no idea how it happened. I checked the code in Mobile Application. It’s use the current field. Anyone knows this problem ? Thank you so much.

We are trying to decide if we should use Matrix items. We sell wall block that comes in a variety of different colors. We don’t care how many of each color we have on hand, only the TOTAL number of blocks at a particular location. We DO need to see which color a customer purchased, so that we can keep track for their future purchases. Ideally we would have one item number for the block with each color as an attribute. Will this work for us?

Our base currency is ZAR which is around 20:1 to the USD.When our approval values go through, I need them to translate into our base currency. In the following example, a PO for the following USD values:Will have the following ZAR values:This is how I have setup the approvals:The above example should have gone to the >150,000 approver, but went to the <150,000 approver.  Which field should I rather use that would use the base currency instead of the PO currency?  I have tried Line Total and I think Order Total.

Hi guys, a question on multicurrency accounting.I transfered 1000 USD from the USD bank account to SGD bank account, I received 1350 SGD and there’s a gain of 1.16 SGD here (base currency is SGD). But in the journal transaction, the realized gain/loss from currency shows 0. Then I checked P&L, it actually shows the right amount of 1.16 gain in the statement. Anyone knows why’s it like that? Could there possibly be anything wrong with the journal transaction? Thanks!

"Print Shipment Confirmation" under Process Shipments screen can only print shipments before confirmed. Can this be changed to can also print after confirmed?

Each of our projects can have different insurance requirements/thresholds and/or warranty duration that need to be included/communicated to our subcontractors/suppliers on purchase orders. I have created the necessary fields using “Attributes” and then I added these attributes to the Projects (PM301000) screen as user-defined fields through the Customization>“Manage User-Defined Fields” prompt. Now, I can also add these attributes as user-defined fields on the Purchase Order screen, but they just appear again as blank on each PO form and it doesn’t copy over from the project. In Report Designer, I can edit the Purchase Order report to print the user-defined fields that I added to the Purchase Order screen, but is there a way to link/relate the Purchase Order back to the Project such that I can print on the the user-defined fields from the Projects screen instead of from the Purchase Order (so the attributes only need to be filled in once and are then copied over to each PO if the PO h

I need help figuring out the missing piece on a Generic Inquiry.I want my users to be able to pull up a list of items needed for Planned, Released and In Process Work Orders. I have an inquiry started but it’s listing some items multiple times and it shouldn’t.The goal is for them to be able to see how much of Item A they need for the next 3 days or so and how much of Item B they need and so forth.I’m attaching screenshots with the linking currently on the inquiry. I think I have a join wrong or maybe there is a link missing…I would appreciate any input or if there is another way to get this info, please share.
