We are trying to decide if we should use Matrix items. We sell wall block that comes in a variety of different colors. We don’t care how many of each color we have on hand, only the TOTAL number of blocks at a particular location. We DO need to see which color a customer purchased, so that we can keep track for their future purchases. Ideally we would have one item number for the block with each color as an attribute.

Did this process create individual stock items for each color? (When I look at a stock items list, will I see just one wall block, or one for every color?
