When I run customer balance report and my invoice show in that report and I check this invoice never ever payment apply to this invoice. But when I call this to apply with payment, I don’t see it in payment and application. Do you know what’s the root cause of this problem.

I’ve been working on debugging this one for a couple weeks now. Due to the fact that this project is not open source, and there is encryption being employed to verify requests, it took a while indeed to finally figure out where this bug was exactly. I have been circling it for a couple weeks, but I didn’t have the time to go all the way down the rabbit hole until now.The Workwave API functions by having the client set a callback url where Workwave can send requests when deliveries and other things occur in Workwave. This callback url must conform to best practices for urls, and therefore cannot violate the RFC’s for urls by, for example, having a non-url-encoded space in the url.The Acumatica Webhook feature, on the other hand, does not url encode spaces in webhook urls, and hardcodes the url for a webhook to the name of the site and the company, which can have a non-url encoded space in it...see red arrow.  This is where we get into the catch 22 part of this particular bug. If you add

Currently, when we print, email or export our Sales Invoices, they only show the original Total. How can we have our Sales Invoices show the Outstanding Balance?

I am in the process of trying to add the expense subaccount from the AP bill - using the APTran table - onto the AP Aging Period Sensitive report. Has anyone been successful in doing this?I have added the tables APTran  and POReceiptLine - which hold all the information I need. The APTran has the AP bill line detail information and the POReceiptLine has the account number and subaccount if the bill is linked to a PO.I have most of the information pulling on BUT it is pulling each line on the AP bill twice. I realize that something is wrong with my relationships and/or my grouping since the RefNbr is a link between multiple tables (APRegister, APInvoice, APTran,..). I am at a loss on how to correct this since it doesn’t seem like I can remove any of these tables or modify the relationships.Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.

Hello, I am new to Acumatica, I have been working for a while on a project trying to cross information between Acumatica and other information sources and I am using Node js with an endpoint service to do that, let me show you what my problem is.I got the items from my request, as shown in the image (number 1), in my request I used the parameter "$expand=Detail" for that reason, I got all the items (number 2) but it takes a lot of time (number 3 ) around 30 seconds, I need to reduce the query time.Different parameters that I can use are mentioned in the Acumatica notes, one of them is "$filter". I have tried using different ways to filter the query, but to no avail. The parameters has been send like:"<Acumatica ERP instance URL>/entity/Integration/18.200.001/Integration?$expand=Detail&$filter=Date gt DateTimeOffset'2022-08-03T00:00:00+00:00'" I tried to test with Postman and it's response was:{"message": "An error has occurred.", "exceptionMessage": "More than one entity sa

Today in Acumatica, when Sales Orders are processed into Shipments, the system will by default process based on a limited set of available filters at the Sales Order document level. This method involves the assignment of inventory (SKU’s) generally based on the date ordered. SKU’s that are not available may be back ordered and processed into a separate shipment at a later date. This method appears to assume that all SKU’s on any given order are available or will be available in the short term to fill all open orders. It also appears to assume that companies who wish to capture payment prior to shipment would process the payment on the Sales Order regardless of which items may have been shipped or back ordered. Example scenarios where the current process may fall short.Companies engaged in B2B and B2C sales where priority may be given to one customer type over the other based on a variety of variables. Companies selling limited availability items which need to be distributed across the

We use prefixes on our Stock Items to indicate the condition of products. I’m trying to use the LEFT function on the ARTran.InventoryID field in a GI to return the first 3 characters of the InventoryID but it is instead returning 3 numbers.I’ve tried using all the conversion functions and they all return a string of numbers from the ARTran.InventoryID field.Any suggestions?

Transfer order also completed and i updated it after conforming shipment

I export the report designate to excel, but i find the columns and rows in unordered file so that are merging.I need a solution, thanks in advance

Hello - How are you managing the life cycle of your part numbers?  We start with an R&D item.  It could be one we make, have made or purchase.  We assign it a part number as R&D, and make revision changes as it’s qualified and perhaps updated.  Finally, we might obsolete the part number.  We would like to track that life cycle of the part within Acumatica and we would like Acumatica to issue the next available part number, instead of tracking all of this in a sub-system.  What are other manufacturers doing within Acumatica to document the life of a part number?  Thank you.

HI- New to Acumatica and adjusting to the lot/serial number setup. Do I need to customize serial numbers to take unique pictures or to have unique conditions, such as used or needs repair condition?  Users need to know if our inventory is new, used or needs repair condition, so how would they see this custom field (or attribute) in their production order picks, or sales order picks or inventory moves?

Does Acumatica support to automatically import files from my vendors (on daily/hourly frequency) with tracking details for the our POs, and based of that to create a shipment to the associated SalesOrders dropshipped line items? I guess this is very important for anyone that has BigCommerce connector and/or Amazon connector for FBM orders, in order to get the tracking out to the SalesChannel. Also this should add the real shipping cost for that line item, to calculate accurate profit analysis. The tracking file from our vendors contains:PO Number, VendorSku, Shipped Qty, Tracking #, Carrier, ServiceLevel, Fright Cost @smarenich @josh.fischer

Hi:Is there a list of data import templates, that import all data (all detail tab data)  for entities (vendors, vendor items, customers, ...)?This must exist since so many people import data. I was surprised that the data provider doesn’t have a template for importing stock items. Hopefully the Acumatica Support group can provide this. Please provide them in this community portal. ThanksToon SixASix@inteltech.com

Hello Everyone, I have a method that I am calling them in different graphs. To make this happen I have used Reflection and dynamic parameters. a part of my method require creating a copy of cache. If I copy and paste my code to each grapf it works just fine but this copy part wen is in the generic class raises the below error:“Microsoft.CSharp.RuntimeBinder.RuntimeBinderException: 'Member 'PX.Data.PXCache<PX.Objects.EP.EPApproval>.CreateCopy(PX.Objects.EP.EPApproval)' cannot be accessed with an instance reference; qualify it with a type name instead”I have tried all 4 methods of copy that I new but no luck. Here are the methods I have tried: //Method 1EPApproval _approvalNext1 = Base.Approval.Cache.CreateCopy(approvalLast) as EPApproval;//Method 2EPApproval _approvalNext2 = Base.Caches[typeof(EPApproval)].CreateCopy(approvalLast) as EPApproval;//Method 3EPApproval _approvalNext3 = CallByName(Base.Approval.Cache, "CreateCopy", CallType.Get, approvalLast) as EPApproval;// Method 4E

hello,Curious if anyone has had a unruly customer that demands an invoice be delivered in a certain manner?!We have a scenario where we have a stock item (ST100) that needs custom design.  for that we use a non-stock item (CD101) as a separate line on the SO because we do not print in-house and have to push this line to a PO. When we send the invoice to the customer, they want 1 line that aggregates the pricing for both of these.   our challenge is that it’s not always clean as a 2 line SO. Sometimes we have multiple Stock items (ST100, ST200, ST300) and 1 non-stock print item (CD101) where the 3 stock items are being printed with the same design.  OR we could have the opposite where 1 stock item will be divided among multiple print options (CD101, CD102). Is there a simple way to associate a stock item on a SO with the Non-Stock items below it?!  For easy aggregation in the invoice?!Cheers,k2

Hello,I see a few tables in the DB for GI's.  None of them seem to tell me when the GI was last run and by Whom.   I only see created by and modified by. Does anyone know of how to get this info?We have some legacy GI's that need to get cleaned up and I was hoping to use this as a starting point. Cheers,k2

The code is overriding the Copy method in POReceiptEntry so that I can copy a custom field from the POLine to POReceiptLine.public delegate void CopyDelegate(POReceiptLine aDest, POLine aSrc, Decimal aQtyAdj, Decimal aBaseQtyAdj);[PXOverride]public void Copy(POReceiptLine aDest, POLine aSrc, Decimal aQtyAdj, Decimal aBaseQtyAdj, CopyDelegate baseMethod){ baseMethod(aDest,aSrc,aQtyAdj,aBaseQtyAdj); aDest.GetExtension<POReceiptLineExt>().UsrLineRevision = aSrc.GetExtension<POLineExt>().UsrLineRevision;}I don’t have this code in a Visual Studio project but I do know that it is failing to find the POReceiptLineExt.The code compiles just fine and is working in 20.215.0025. In 22.108.0024 it compiles but crashes at runtime. The declaration of Copy is the same as the prior version.Any suggestions on where to look at why the code will compile but won’t run.

Hey all, looking for any sort of advice on this issue! On the Inventory Transaction History Screen (IN405000) after entering the Inventory ID my results have one line that is out of order by date.  Sort Ascending works to get the lines in the correct order but I am curios if there is a way to have it Sort Ascending by default. Another thing worth noting is that whenever the Include Unreleased checkbox in the summary area is select it also fixes the sorting issue, thanks!

Hi All,I am just wondering if there is a resource/check-list out there for customers pre and post upgrade? For example, release all existing purchase returns, purchase receipts, related accounts payable bills and debit adjustments.I was unable to find something on the Acumatica forums regarding this, but we are trying to streamline our Client processes surrounding upgrades.Sincerely,Sid

Hello,I’m working through payroll implementation. I’m receiving the following error when trying to create a paycheck: GL Error: The financial period cannot be specified because the branch has not been specified in the Branch box. I originally thought that this was related to this known issue regarding default country on the branch form. Support also thought it was a related issue. So I activated Multibranch support and added the default country which was the documented workaround. 2022 R1 Update 11 fixed the known issue, but I’m still getting this error. I’ve tried with Multibranch support activated and deactivated with no success. So I’ve been trying to learn to follow the trace log. It appears that the error is coming from this call PX.Objects.GL.OpenPeriodAttribute.ValidateFinPeriodID(PXCache sender, Object row, String finPeriodID). It appears like it’s looking for the CalendarOrganizationID column but I’m not sure what table it’s looking at. I checked the FinPeriod table through a

IS there a report or GI to generate labor and burden by project? Payroll and Construction modules seem to only want to show labor.

The Chage Orders screen PM308000 was opening with the Cost Budget tab selected.  Would like to change it to have the Change Requests tab selected.  I used the Screen Editor to set the SelectedIndex and tried all numbers between 0 and 9.  Below shows what tab ended up being selected. None of the numbers I tried set Change Requests tab to be selected.  The Change Requests and Revenue Budget have a value in the VisibleExp property.  If you watch closely when opening the Change Orders screen, Change Requests and Revenue Budget are not initially on the screen, but then appear. How can I make Change Requests tab be the one selected by default when opening the screen?
