Solved

I’m not sure if it’s possible but I would like to add tabs inside a tab on the Equipment Screen (FS205000).  This is an image of our current system for our equipment. Under the Forklift Information tab we have tabs for more specific information: Setup, Motors, Batteries, Engine and Transmission, Service Data, Tires, Mast and Safety.  It would be very difficult to add all those fields to one tab. Having all those tabs at the same level as General, Purchase, Components and Warranties, Attributes and Source would also be confusing.  Let me know if it is possible to add sub tabs.

The GI created using the ARPayment table shows the correct amount of the payment.  However when there are multiple invoices being paid by that invoice, that amount showing as being the amount of the payment is equal to the last invoice, not the total payment made by the client.  This is regardsess of whether or not the formatting equations are used or just the data field.Notification GeneratedThe amount shown should be $25876.26

Food Distributor working on Acumatica 2022 R1 Build 22.110.0018 The scenario:We have items that we are running low we assign a substitute for them.We have 2 types, mandatory and regular.Mandatory means that if the original item is on a sales order, our current system knows that we should fulfill the order with the sub item without further human intervention. The system shows on the invoice:Item A Qty Shipped: 0Item B: SUB, Qty Shipped: 1Regular means that if the original item is on a sales order, our current system waits for a human to apply the sub.If the human decides to allow for the sub, the system shows on the invoice:Item A Qty Shipped: 0Item B: SUB, Qty Shipped: 1If the human decides to NOT allow for the sub, the system shows on the invoice:Item A Qty Shipped: 0 I have been testing with Acumatica but I cannot make it behave the same way:Under Stock Item > Related Item I set the item as follows:I am expecting this setup to behave like what I described as the mandatory sub but,

I have built a query in which I have multiple associations with the contact tables to get required information. Contact Table is used to find details for a UDF contact field. Owner Contact table is used to get opportunity owner information.Builder contact table is joined with SO Order to get SO contact information. For Builder contact (actual contact on SO), I am able to get Email, Full Name, ContactID_Description but website is blank. When I check the contact, it has website but not coming up on GI. Another thing I noticed was the Phone 1 is also not coming for most of them, only 2-3 records show up whereas it is present. I am trying to use Contact.Website field. Would really appreciate if some one has an answer to this. -Ameya

Hello Everyone,I have a SQL View where I join some tables in each block and then, using UNION ALL, I combine all blocks and return a list. In Acumatica by using PXProjection, I should be able to replicate the result of each block as a flat DAC but I am not sure how then I can aggregate these Projections to get a unionized result of all DACs. As a very simple example, how I can replicate the below SQL example in Acumatica?CREATE VIEW [MyUnionView] ASSELECT 'AP' AS [DocType], [RefNbr] AS [RefNbr] FROM [APInvoice]UNION ALLSELECT 'PO' AS [DocType], [OrderNbr] AS [RefNbr] FROM [POOrder]UNION ALLSELECT 'PM' AS [DocType], [ContractCD] AS [RefNbr] FROM [Contract]GOSELECT [DocType], [RefNbr] FROM [MyUnionView]GO

If you Move code to an extension library (DLL), can that code be published to a hosted Acumatica Site.  By Hosted I mean a site that is like youcompany.acumatica.com.  An instance hosted by Acumatica, which you cannot access the servers.

During picking a handful of times, we are getting this error. I’ve checked each time and the lots are correct, the correct qty is allocated/picked, but the system will not let us move to a sorting location. Is there anything I can do that doesn’t involve adjustments?

Hello,We created a UDF on the Change Orders Screen We want to restrict some users from being able to change the value of this UDF, but they need full access to the rest of the Change Orders screen.I do not see the UDF in the security tree for Change Orders as I expected. So I tried restricting “ANSWERS” to VIEW ONLY and can still change the value of the UDF when logged in as this user. How can I make this VIEW ONLY for a role?

Hi, We would like to print our checks to out dot Matrix printer we have the correct layout but printing from the AP.64.10.00. Its almost like the printer can not understand how to print this.  We also cant add the check in the Device hub Q as this report can not be added to that Q this leaves us with the PDF check report that opens on the a new tab and this report is not printing to our dot matrix printer. is there a config in the Report Designer that would allow the dot Matrix printer to decode the strings and print them.  Please let me know if someone has managed to print checks to a dot Matrix printer out of Acumatica.

We are on 2021 R2 with the Big Commerce connector.  Can we configure Acumatica to limit which warehouse the customers can shop from when the customer is shopping in our connected Big Commerce website?

Good Day,This is my first time to post here in the site, please bear with me. :)One of the requirements of our project is to duplicate an existing screen (Customer Contracts) into a new screen (Vendor Contracts) imitating the existing screen. I already saw one approach that the asp files can be copied and renamed but that is possible only for the ASP files.Could this be possible? If so, are there other things to consider (graphs, DACs of the existing screen to be duplicated as well?) Are there other ways to achieve this?I'm still new to acumatica btw. Any responses are very much appreciated. Thanks and stay safe.

Good day!I managed to import AP Bill with type=bill successfully using Import by Scenario. But those with type=debit adj. ,system shows warning message below. Any advice?
