B2B Bigcommerce product price base on customer price class

Hi All. 

Anyone here who can help me get the right price in the Bigcommerce B2B  from Sales Price in acumatica without syncing the customer price class in the entity setting?

Hi @bernadeth58  if you sync “Base Prices” you will be able to sync Sales Prices of type Base, which are defined without Customer Price Class.

@smarenich I tried to sync 1 base sales price but it takes 10-15mins and sometimes it will not sync. What do you think of the problem?

@FrankieDC I suggest you to create a support request for us to check, if that issue is already fixed.

It is a bit hard to day what is happening without an investigation.
