via Import Scenarios?

On the Tax Maintenance Screen the default expense accounts are listed. However it is my understanding that any GL accounts assigned under the employee payroll settings should override the default. Heres an example.Tax Main ScreenEmployee Payroll Setting But the payroll taxes are still going to the 71000 account vs the 51100 account designated in the employees payroll setting

Anyone else experiencing issues with changing Acumatica passwords while in Edge?  Seems like most of my users can’t, have them go to Chrome and they are able to change it.  As an admin I have even experienced this issue.

I have some generic stock/non stock items set up for certain purchases.  The buyer changes the description based on what it is.  The correct description shows up in the PO once it is saved, but I cannot find this field in the POLine table.  I can add POLine.InventoryID_Description but this pulls the description from the stock item, not the PO Line.  How do I add the actual PO lin description to a GI?  This GI below uses POLine.InventoryID_Description, but I want it to show the actual PO Line description above.

Looking to find out how to change the 2FA for Aatrix when running certified payroll. Can this be done withing Acumatica or is there a separate log in or contact?

I have a SubReport that lists the LotSerialNbr’s of items in a SubReport. The goal is to just list the beginning and ending LotSerialNbr’s (MIN, MAX) as listing all of the number would be too cumbersome. The main manufactured item would be the same but with different qtys of 1 to higher numbers (such as 400, or 500). The first number may be 210324001381, 210324001382, 210324001383, 210324001384 and maybe higher, so all we would need is the 210324001381 - 210324001384.

Acumatica allows us to create Unit Of Measure Conversions, which is extremely helpful. It allows clients to sell the same item as an ‘each’ or a ‘case’ and counts it as 1 item which can be differentiated in the cross reference as 2 separate barcodes. So the warehouse can scan either the barcode on the individual item (the ‘each’) or the barcode on the case of 4 (the ‘case’). In Shopify & BigCommerce you are not able to create Unit of Measure conversions. You are required to create a variant for the each and the case instead. With this in mind how can these 2 differences still work with the commerce connector? It appears to me like I may be forced to have my client create 2 separate stock items in Acumatica, then create a Template item, plus new attributes, then add them to the Item Class, then add these 2 items to the Template item, as well as require them to maintain 2 separate inventories for the same 1 item moving forward just so they can sell it as an ‘each’ or a ‘case.’ I hope

I have a custom field in the header of the Process Shipments screen header called Total Selected Price.  There is also a custom field in the grid called Extended Price.When a user selects a record in the grid, I want to update the total in the header. I added CommitChanges = True to the Selected checkbox in the grid.In my code, I added the following event handler to update the total when a checkbox is changedprotected void _(Events.FieldUpdated<SOShipment, SOShipment.selected> e){ SOShipmentFilter filter = Base.Filter.Current; var row = (SOShipment)e.Row; GTISOShipmentExt extLine = PXCache<SOShipment>.GetExtension<GTISOShipmentExt>(row); if (extLine == null) return; SOShipmentFilterExt extHeader = PXCache<SOShipmentFilter>.GetExtension<SOShipmentFilterExt>(filter); if (extHeader == null) return; if (row.Selected == true) { extHeader.UsrTotalSelectedPrice += extLine.UsrExtendedPrice; } else { extHeader.UsrTotalSelectedPrice -= extLine.UsrExtendedPrice; }}

There seems to be something wrong with import scenarios to update existing customers.  The customer exist in the system and I only had two columns in the excel file, Customer ID and Price Class ID.  When importing, the error is “Legal Name cannot be empty”.  When I add the Account name into the excel spreadsheet, I get “Email address must be specified if “Send statements by Email” option is activated.  The account already has an email address.I do not want to introduce more fields into the excel spreadsheet as I am just updating the Customer Price Class but it just seems impossible. Why can’t I just update one field?

I am in the process of desiging a new invoice and my question is what and where are the SOLine.DiscPrice and SOLine.CuryLineAmt. I have SOOrder and SOLine in the relationship and have tried a Left Joiin, Right Join, Inner Join and the report doubled up the line items, as there should have been two line items, there is now four. I do have ARTran and ARInvoice and have been experimenting with those, but I’m still a noob in Acumatica.

Hi, What’s endpoint version for Acumatica 2024R1, is it 23.200.001 ?

hi All, I am dealing with a client to help them fix the financial year which had been set incorrectly and they have been transacting in the system for at least a year. the issue is where it has to show 2024 as a financial year for the year starting from 1/7/2023 it shows 2023.  ( we are using the MYOB Advanced Australian financial calender) , we are missing this tick box which should have been enabled at the start. has anyone dealth with this issue before or can this be fixed? it is just annoying for the client to always see the incorrect year. ThanksGhazal

Hello - Is it possible to grant users the ability to create and save Journal Transactions, but not allow them to take it off of hold or release them? I am able to restrict the ability to create new transactions via the access rights by screen, but I have not been able to figure out how to allow the creation of them without release. Thanks!

I am trying to expose a Generic Inquiry as a REST endpoint. This Generic Inquiry has a filter parameter of date. When I try to call the endpoint from POSTMAN, it keeps on erroring out.I followed the instructions in acumatica help that tell you to encode the datetime   You should encode date and time values in URL format before passing them as the value of the parameter. For example, you can encode the current date and time by using the System.Net.WebUtility.URLEncode() method as follows: WebUtility.UrlEncode(new DateTimeOffset(DateTime.Now).ToString("yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ss.fffK")).I have tried to call this using different syntax, but it looks like it is erroring out.The parameter is ReportDate and is of type datetime.  I have tried  1) $filter=(ReportDate eq datetime '2024-03-01T00:00:00.000')2) $filter=(ReportDate gt datetimeoffset '2024-03-01T00:00:00.000')3) $filter=(ReportDate eq datetimeoffset '2024-03-01T00:00:00.000')4) $filter=(ReportDate eq datetime '2024-03-01')Each of these cal

I am working on implementing project accounting.  I set up a project template and am now working on the project template tasks.  Do you need to set up the Project Template Tasks for each Project Template or can the tasks be shared between the Project Templates?

I created a custom field to go in the grid in the Line Details dialog on the Purchase Receipts screen.I looked at the solution in the following post, but resetting the defaults on the grid did not make the field show.EDIT: I found out why this is happening.  See my next comment below.

Recently, I’ve been seeing a bunch of blank warnings when I publish projects. This is happening with projects from different instances of Acumatica.  It starting happening about a week ago.  It is showing these warnings even on older projects that haven’t changed. The only changes to my system are that I added .Net 8 and a preview release of Visual Studio 2022 so that I could follow along with an online training course.  The version of VS I am using to compile the libraries is still in the release version of VS.I do not have any idea what might be causing this.  The projects seem to work fine in production.Has any one else seen this before?

Hi,I have a request to add a Customer Status and have it act like one of the existing status.  The purpose is to call out certain credit situations.I can add the new status, but how can I attach the logic form one of the other statuses to it, so when selected, it acts the same?So for instance, create a new status that mimics Credit Hold.  So this would not allow new orders to be created without approvals, etc. but would be a different status to alert Customer Service to a particular situation. Thanks in advance.

Hello Community;I’m creating a form to retrieve Invoices and Memos infos and calculate some taxes,I’m doing a Left join between ARInvoice table and MasterInvoice where master invoice is a table inherting from ARInvoice, like this : public class MasterInvoice : PX.Objects.AR.ARInvoice{}SelectFrom<ARInvoice>                .LeftJoin<Customer>.On<ARInvoice.customerID.IsEqual<Customer.bAccountID»                .LeftJoin<MasterInvoice>.On<ARInvoice.masterRefNbr.IsEqual<MasterInvoice.refNbr»The project is published successfully and the MasterInvoice fields are there, but those fields showing no data.Any ideas?

Hello,I have a small issue with landed cost as some of the landed cost goes into the Landed Cost Variance Account and it does not show in the Inventory Valuation report and the Average Cost in the Stock Items.Does anyone know the workflow to correct this issue? The final bill of the landed cost cost is entered after we received our goods and we start selling them right away.Landed Cost Variance AccountThe expense account to be used for this stock item to record the landed cost difference that occurred if landed costs are allocated to an item that has been sold. Thanks,Nelson
