I looked through the web service endpoints and I can’t find any to get the Campaign ID when given a campaign name.  Is there a way to get that through and endpoint? 

How is Device Hub supposed to work?  I’m very confused with the community posts and help files.Scenario:I have a custom form.  I have set the form to print to my device hub printer in user profile.  When I run the report to preview and then click Print, should the form automatically print to the device hub printer?

We are getting the following error when we go to create a shipment for an order. I checked in the order processing screen and directly on the sales order and in both cases this error occurs, in the processing window the order does not even show up as an option to process. All items are unallocated, but I tried it with the allocation box checked as well. All the different date fields on the order are set to a past date. Has anyone else run into this problem?  

Hello Community.  Here’s my challenge to be solved:Equipment already exists (FS205000)  When importing the equipment, Component records automatically added per the model equipment configuration I need to update the components with Inventory ID and Serial numberI get an error because the import is trying to create new records and you can have only one per component ID.  My import scenario references the line number and the component id but still doesn’t update that row.What am I missing?Thank you    

Hello, I am wondering if Acumatica’s add-in for Outlook will work on the Office 365 web base. Has anyone been able to install Acumatica’s add-in on Office 365 Web?

Has anyone had an issue with acumatica pulling all the info from UPS back into the shipment with the shipping integration tool?  I’ve noticed that when I get a shipment that has at least 10 boxes/packages, it won’t pull all the tracking numbers back into acumatica and the shipping cost has to be adjusted as well because its only pulling the cost of the boxes pulled back into the shipment in acumatica.

We have some PO’s generating from a 3rd party system. With Autonumbering off I can create a PO with API and use the 3rd party PO num. We also need to create some PO’s manually, but want to use different prefixes. Is there any way to have autonumbering on for 1 prefix but not the other?  Is there a better way to solve for this? Thank you

Hi Everyone,  I want to create a KPI dashboard for our warehouse. Besides the obvious number of open/late shipments, we want to measure productivity. i.e., the average time it takes to pick a shipment after the pick ticket is printed/assigned. How often do locations need to be changed due to inaccurate inventory. I'm not sure where this information is stored in Acumatica, if it is at all. Can anyone shed some light on this? Does anyone have any ideas?  

Does anyone know what Acumatica’s response to this is?  The original post was 10 months ago and it seems like we are 3 wks away from our UPS utility not functioning with still no solution available from Acumatica. I have added a new branch and am unable to setup UPS for that facility which is a problem.  

Trying to make a GI that has a Condition to only show results is a specific Warehouse Item detail exists, and if that Warehouse Item detail has the Override Replenishment check box checked.  This is what I have currently:But my results do not filter out just the check boxed items.  And I triggering the validation of a check box incorrectly?

I need to add the Qty available to the Inventory Valuation report, however the entire report seems to be based off Qty on hand in the INTranCost table. We need to know how much of a given product is available and the total cost of everything sitting on the shelf unsold.  Has anyone else tried adding this field to the report in report designer?

Hey Folks,Hoping someone has tried to do this before.  I have everything working except that I can’t get the import scenario to work because of “Branch Location”.  When you run an Import by Scenario manually, Branch Location gets populated based on the one selected in your profile, but because the import scenario gets run by the triggered business event, it does not pick up any Branch Location.   I can’t even tell what Branch the system chooses to post the service order from.  So, this is what I need:1, Some way to select a Branch Location from the Import Scenario.  Something that can maybe search the field, and return the first value.Here is my import scenario, I tried manually selecting my default BL, but to no avail:

We have run into a costly issue of “ghost” PO’s being sent that none of our buyers claim ever sending. Is there a way of removing the “email purchase order” option from users (picture below)?  I have tried revoking access right to “Print/Email Purchase Orders” from the role but users are still able to accidently use the “Email Purchase Order” option.  

 I need to fix acuminator warnings of type PX1072. Here I have a custom graph written in which there’s a static method. Inside this static method, I need to use graph in BQL statements. Since its custom graph with static method, so I cannot use this and Base as well. Initial code is using new PxGraph() as a wrokaround.  I added a field on a customer record to the SO header.      When I add this customer to the SO the field appears as does the value on the customer record. However, when I close the record and return to it later the value disappears.  If I do something in this record and save it again the value will reappear.  Below is the attribute...do I need to add something here?  I have tried to commit the changes but that does not work.  Advise would be appreciated. [PXDBBool][PXUIField(DisplayName="COA")]
