Hi ,Can we set up a minimum order quantity for an stock item which needs to be considered when calculating the quantity to replenish. Example : There is a item which need to be ordered at least 1000 qty for an each order. I have a customer that paints the lines on roads that is using the construction edition that wants to know for billing purposes how much material he has used by the meter so he knows how much to bill. They also want to track this material costs and labor out in the field so they can track actuals against the estiamte/budget. Does anyone know how Acumatica can handle this or a if there us a 3rd party solution out their that might be able to help

Hello Everyone,I was wondering how the payroll module pulls taxable wage amounts. Let’s talk about the California SUTA wage base amount. Say an employee has gross wages of $10,000. The taxable wages for the California SUTA will stop at $7,000 (unless overriden of course). Does it stop at $7,000 because Acumatica is pulling this limit from the tax symmetry engine?I am just trying to get confirmation on how this works.Thanks

Hello all,Is it possible that Acumatica can automatically assign the workgroup based on the owner?  

How is everyone handling retention billings with the Acumatica generated AIA billing form?  It is my understanding that if you have several periods of billing, you will get a separate billing form for each one. Is there a way to get one retention bill?  

We have 9 fields in a tab under contacts in Acumatica and in order to get credit for it our sales representatives must have at least 3 of these fields filled out with some form of information, my manager has asked me to figure out a method of filtering down the list of Contacts to just those that have a minimum of 3 of these fields that are not Null in value. how might I go about doing this?Attached are 2 images, one of the fields as they look under the Contact Profile and the other is how they are in the results tab of the Generic Inquiry (GI) editor.

Did anybody ever get the following Error when saving a Production Order on initial Creation?Inserting 'Schedule Operation' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. Error: 'Queue Start Date' cannot be empty. Error: 'Move End Date' cannot be empty. I have never seen this Error before and I cannot really locate what is causing it.Any common causes for this can be really helpful.

Hi There,I have a query which for various reasons has quite a long filter parameter passed in the URL - in fact it exceeds the maximum length for a URL (which is something like a 1000 chars).It seems to be the idea that going forward you should be able to pass this in the body of a POST request (getting around the length limitation) and postfixing the URL with /$queryAs per Passing OData query options in request body - OData | Microsoft LearnHowever - when I do this with Acumatica - I get a “Method Not Allowed” error which smells of - this hasn’t yet been implemented?Is this correct? Hey Acumatica Community,Is there a way to create a table in a Notification that displays the articles within an order along with their corresponding ImageUrls?I've tried the following html code, which generates the article list, but I can't get the actual images to display. ACU V 24.105.0036 - Sensitive custom ARM reports are showing for a user who’s roles have the reports Revoked. For example, Here is a list of the User’s Roles that should NOT see the highlighted report in the second screenshot.This is what each of the four roles above looks like: This is what comes up for the User with those four roles (and it runs perfectly, allowing access to transactions): This user should not have access to any of the Financial Statements.  Ideas?

Hi thereI have created a Payment Statement report for suppliers, having one supplier payment statement per page. So if there are 20 suplliers, there will be 20 pages each with their specific data.We would like these to be sent as a ‘bulk’ emial, but each supplier should only receive their own statement and not the whole report.Is there a way to set this up?Thank you.

Hi All, @Tim Rodman , I have setup a Multistep PO Approval where I cant get the second step to work. The first step is for two users to approve where I have used the “Collect All Approvals….” (Rule Actions\On Approval which works fine).  If the PO is < $15,000 then it need not go further and can be approved.The second Step is where I am having the issue.  I have read the documentation and applied the rules but am still having issues. Please see attached for setup.Any help appreciated.Cheers,Laura

Hello,I'm seeking a method to determine the remaining balance of an invoice as of a specific date in a generic inquiry. Consider the following scenario:Initial Invoice Amount (01/01/2024): $1,000.00 Payment Made (02/01/2024): $400.00 Payment Made (04/01/2024): $200.00 Payment Made (05/01/2024): $300.00 Current Balance: $100.00My goal is to find the balance of the invoice on a past date, such as $400.00 on (04/25/2024).While I can join the ARInvoice with the ARAdjust table and filter by the ARAdjust entries made before my specified date (04/25/2024) to calculate the total amount paid, this does not provide me with the balance. Unfortunately, the ARAdjust table lacks a field that reflects the document balance after each transaction. Thank you for your help!

I am attaching the basic GI I am trying to create which all it is doing is displaying the PMActivity information and then simply converting the PMActivity.TimeSpent from Minutes to Hours by dividing the minutes by 60.  HOWEVER, Acumatica is NOT calculating this correctly, as you can see from the screen shot below.  One of the returned rows calculates 28800 / 60 correctly to 480 hours. But the OTHER two returned rows are NOT calculating correctly at all.  Not even close.  29070 / 60 should = 485.5 hours.  And 31920 / 60 should = 532.  NEITHER of those are even close to Acumatica calculating them to be 421 and 439 hours respectively. Is this a major Acumatica bug?  Or is this simply something that Acumatica cannot do, and is there some way to simply have it perform this automatically?Here is the equation from the attached GI  

Is there a way to change a who the customer is on a sales order after the items have already been received? The field is not greyed out, but when I try to change it I get an error that says: If anyone has a solution to this please let me know.  Or if there is a way to Merge Customers, that would also work. 

Hi We have just started using the customer portal for customers to use the portal for ordering. In the catalogue we have a checkbox for “Show Available Items Only”. By default this box in unticked, hoping there is an easy way to change this default to ticked instead. Have tried adding a field in the customization screen for that screen 70.00.00 and selecting “Required” as “True” as I think I found in another discussion  but when when i try to publish it says below. is there an easy/easier way to do this ?  

Hi all,I have a client who uses the degree symbol (°) in the long description field of their inventory items, which is then exposed via the API to their website. When this data is converted to HTML, the degree symbol remains as ° rather than being encoded in HTML format (e.g., ° or °). Consequently, the website does not recognise it correctly. Please see below; HTML I would prefer not to go down the customisation path if possible and wondering if there is any workaround for this. The challenge with a customisation is that there might be other special characters we haven't identified yet, and continuously updating the customisation to handle each one isn't ideal.Any thoughts or suggestions? Thank you.

Hi All,Please note I need to find way to change customized field type int to decimal. Int type doesn’t allow to enter decimal values. I have tried by changing original attribute but it’s not saving either. 

I’m wondering how to create a GI that will list all warehouse locations that are empty so we know where to put away newly received goods.
