While confirming shipment i am getting below error how to fix this so it could not replicate in future as well.
“One or more lines for item '202-00113-102' have quantities that have not been packed.”

 

 

Hi @nasirh85 looks like you need to add items to the package:

 


Have the Client the client tested temporarily by clearing the checkbox Validate Packed Quantities on Shipment Confirmation on Advanced Fulfillment tab of the Ship via Codes (CS207500) screen for ship via code specified on Shipping tab of the affected Shipment.
