Can anyone explain to me why this error are starting to show? At first there is no problem with our syncing of company entity to shopify then this year 2025 I’m not really sure exact date this problem start occurring  At least one GraphQL error has occurred. Error: Field 'locationCount' doesn't exist on type 'Company';Error: Field 'orderCount' doesn't exist on type 'Company'; 

Is there someway to send an “approval” flag if a part gets released without an attribute filled out or a technical drawing attached to it?  I’d like to introduce some systemic control over engineering releases to make sure we are filling out data fields.

Our business repacks seed potatoes and I’m wondering if there is a way for us to use MRP in such a way that allows us to not have to do any calculations outside of Acumatica (example in excel). We buy seed potatoes in bulk and repack into 4 different sizes based on weight. Each of these items have their own stock item.Right now MRP is running and consolidating sales orders so that we can create production orders. This works great as long as well sell exactly how much we have purchased, but if we sell less we will still want to repack the remaining into various sizes (ideally at the same time of repacking for sales orders). Our work around is to export the production orders out of ACU, put it into an excel sheet, change the “Qty To Produce” of the production order using calculations in the excel sheet, and importing those chanes for those production orders.Is there anyway to utilize inventory planning so that all of the remaining bulk is put into an additional production orde

  Hi everyone, this might be something really simple but I tried adding a new column (YTD Prev) and it’s only the lines in the headers that are getting cut off.  What I did is put the next column in the column range but that doesn’t seem to work. Good day CommunityI have a customer who creates an internal sales order to move stock for exhibition purposes. They do not want to create an invoice but the stock needs to be moved.Is there a way to close the shipment and ignore the “Prepare Invoice” step?Is there a way around this please? Hi,One of our clients has many items with a base of UOM and a Purchase Unit of M2. These items are set up with conversion factors (as shown in the first image below) to correctly convert based on their formulas.This conversion setup seems to be causing some confusion in the PO History tab of the Purchase Orders screen, as a Purchase Receipt was processed using the M2 UoM, but the PO History tab in the Purchase Order is displaying the Receipted Qty in the EACH UoM, which is a much larger number after the conversion (second image below).After looking into the makeup of this field, I found that this PO History tab field is set up to use the Base Unit. However, a change to the field by Scan and Count does not reflect accurately on PI Review, even though Scan and Count changes the physical quantity on both forms.When I put in the data for serial number ---78109 into Scan and Count, this is the result:But later, on PI Review, the absolute variance quantity is still at 40: I figure this has something to do with how PXCache works, but even after looking at a lot of documentation and searching the business logic code for how the other fields are updated/saved, I haven’t gotten any of my ideas to work. Hello,      We use Acumatica to send emails often, and the outing going emails are actually not needed. It takes me a lot time and effort to delete them twice on screen “All emails” CO409070.           But I happened to find these records, even if I have clicked delete twice on screen to delete(first time make processed to deleted, second time makes it disappeared from screen.)          The table space usage are NOT actually reduced. Because it is still in DB, just with “DeletedDatabaseRecord =1 ”.        I am not quite understand why this is designed this way. My question is,  if we just Delete * from SMEmail where CreatedDateTime <='2022-09-30 20:30:55.027' and DeletedDatabaseRecord =1 .        Would it be OK?

Hi,I have duplicated the Kit screen, and now I want to customize the new screen. We want to include the barcode number field, which is in the ItemXref table, but this table is not part of the existing screen. My question is: How can we add this table to the existing screen and populate the barcode field in the UI? Based on the barcode, we will then display the items but not with inventory ids. and after that we will remove some of the fields.Then data should be save in the same kit table. What technique should I use to accomplish this task? Please help, it's urgent

Hi,Im  trying to save some extra data to database on RowPersisted event. If Im using Base.Save.Press(); as I did in actions then my code runs into infinite recursion. So is there any way I can do without running into infinite recursion. Im saving extra data on RowPersisted event because some data have to be saved when new record is created. If there is other ways to do it outside the RowPersisted event then it would be great!Tried to use RowInserted event but ShipmentNbr is not populated there so it is useless

Hello we have a bit of a unique scenario. We primarily dropship all our orders. Due to inventory restraints at times one of our vendors allows us to purchase inventory ahead and store as “virtual” inventory till we need it. We then submit a PO to this vendor for shipping and they return a 0.00 AP Bill (since we already own the product) for the items + freight charges and any serial numbers that may apply to the product shipped.We would like to be able to monitor our inventory at the vendor for proper financial reporting, but would also like to be able to process the order as a drop ship PO instead of a shipment from one of our warehouses as we also drop ship other items from this vendor in the normal drop ship fashion and depending on the combination of items the PO would need to be shipped from the vendor’s stock instead of our “virtual” stock switching SO lines between Drop Ship and Shipping from our warehouse will be difficult.Has anyone done anything similar to this?

I just had to approve 40 AP bills for commitment retention release.  It would be nice to create one retention billing per vendor when AP retention is released, much like AR got a single retention billing.

Anyone know if it is possible to filter by the most recent record at the relationship level? For example: In the above join between the Customer and the CRActivity tables, is it possible to add a condition in the active relations to limit to the most recent record? I’m trying to get the last activity date, and I know I can group the records by the Customer ID and set the Aggregate Function to MAX on the results grid to display the last activity date, but that is causing some other unwanted issues with other calculated fields.

In Service Orders (or appointment's) I have found that when I add an item that has a new stock item + warehouse combination the Item Warehouse Detail for the new warehouse is not added to the stock item..This is causing it to not appear on my Prepare Replenishment screen.If I manually add the warehouse detail to the stock item, I will have to also have toggle the Override Replenishment Settings for the Replenishment Source & Replenishment Warehouse to load from the defaults outlined on the Stock Items screen.I hope this makes sense, I can provide screen shots if needed for more explanation.Acumatica 2023R2 Build 23.212.0024
