You mentioned your were new to Acumatica. Because you are new, I strongly suggest you get a Service contract from a VAR. You will need Acumatica questions answered. You will need confirmations of what you are doing is correct. You will change your initial set-up as you learn more. You will find new modules or features you need set- up. You will go through a Release Upgrade. You will find new add-ons you want to learn about and possibly implement. You will learn so much about Acumatica, and you will need help digesting all if it. You will need hand-holding. A VAR will accelerate your after-go-live implementation of Acumatica. A VAR will coordinate with Acumatica Technicians and experts to solve your difficult issues. A VAR will insure you get great value our of your Acumatica investment. I believe a VAR’s fixed price Service Contract is the best deal a new Acumatica customer can buy. Individual vendor.When we get a Vendor Monthly Statement, our office manager is spending too much time (and with mistakes) comparing our open and paid invoices with the open and paid invoices on the Vendor Statement. I was hoping acumatica had a tool like credit card or bank statement reconciliation for Vendor Statements.
My VAR has told me the case has been escalated to Acumatica. And that Acumatica believes a bug is causing the order non-sync issue. Can you see the escalated case in your system? I only have a few days left on my 90-day 2021 R1 sandbox. And I cannot test the Big Commerce connector.
Thank you for your reply. I will explain and attach images:First: No orders in Acumatica 2021 R1 will sync to Big Commerce. I do a Prepare and Process. No errors. No notices. Nothing. And no sales invoices in Acumatica sync to Big Commerce. Second: No orders in Big Commerce will sync to Acumatica. Today I created three orders in Big Commerce and conducted a sync. As you will see from the images, with respect to these three orders, there are no errors and no notices. Nothing. And the three orders did no sync from Big Commerce to Acumatica. Please see the three attached images regarding these three orders placed in Big Commerce today July 7.
