Going to lay out the scenario below. Import 1 - worked fineImport 2 - worked fineImport 3 - worked fine (or at least seems so)Import 4 - does not recognize import 3, and sees import 2 as the last import The issue we are having with this is the system is giving us an error that our Start Balance Date and Beginning Balance do not match the last import.Error: “Start date does not match the end date of the previous statement (7/24/2025).” Is it okay to bypass this warning? What could be causing this and is there a way to correct? 

We’ve run into issues where our PO accrual account is overstated due to duplicate or mismatched transactions. Examples include: POs created but later paid by credit card, Vendor bills entered without a matching PO, Duplicate POs or receipts for the same items, POs received in error or not closed properly. Right now, the only way to confirm is by going line by line through hundreds of transactions, which is very time-consuming.Question: Has anyone built reports, generic inquiries, or other tools in Acumatica that can quickly identify and confirm duplicate or mismatched PO accruals across these types of scenarios? If so, what fields, filters, or logic worked best?In addition, what controls, best practices, or system setups have you found effective in preventing these issues from recurring (e.g., automated alerts, required fields, workflows, or periodic

I have a receipt that has been released and I can’t attach it to an AP bill because when I do, and then try to complete the process for the AP bill, it tells me that the Project Task was changed between the PO and POR and now I can’t process. I also can’t return the POR because I can’t change the Project Task. I created a dummy PO and POR so I could pay the bill, but now I have that POR “stuck”. Can I override it someway to mark it complete so it goes away? Please help!

How can I print a paid receipt for a payment made on a Requisition / AIA Billing?

We've encountered an issue when creating purchase orders: if the vendor and the branch are in different tax zones, the system prevents the PO from being created.To work around this, we set the vendor's tax zone to "Exempt," which allows the PO to be created successfully. However, when AP enters the bill, the tax zone defaults to blank due to the exemption setting.Is there a way for the AP bill to automatically pull the tax zone from the branch receiving the product instead? This would help us maintain accurate tax handling without having to override or manually adjust fields.Looking forward to your guidance.

Hello, I am getting this error when attempting to void a payment that is stuck in Pending Processing status: I have a list of about 20 payments that are stuck in this status, and a majority of them never actually made it to the external processing center, Authorize. They don’t appear in their records.  Since they are stuck in that status and never actually charged the card, I want to void them. However, I get that message that they are locked for editing. I cannot delete or void the payment.  Any ideas on how to resolve this? Thanks!

I am trying to void multiple integrated CC payment documents where the authorization has expired, but I get the following error message:“The payment is locked for editing. Please wait for the external transaction result. If the payment does not get unlocked, click Actions > Validate Card Payment to request the transaction result from the processing center.”When I click the “Validate Card Payment” action button I get the following error message:“Updating 'AR Payment' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. Error: The 06-2025 financial period of the HIVIS company is closed in Accounts Receivable.”I cannot open the closed period. How do I void these payment records?

Hello Community,I have a concern on migrating cash account balances for cash accounts in foreign currencies. Here is the steps I have taken.The cash accounts are denominated in foreign currencies which makes unable to post transactions in local currencies. Therefore, when migrating the TB via a journal I have set up a clearing account and debited the balance of foreign currency cash account to the clearing account.  Then created another journal in foreign currency to the cash account crediting the clearing account which makes the clearing account balance is zero.Once the migration is done, the clearing account balance become zero. But it keeps showing the debits and credits posted to in the TB. What we can do to this account to make it not visible in the TB. Thanks,Dulanjana 

Hello, Working with my Acumatica test account I ran into some issues with linking payment methods, for this specific example with credit cards, to locations rather than business accounts. For the companies that I am working with they have multiple locations where different buyers purchase for us, and a lot of times they have different shipping addresses and credit cards. This has made it a lot harder to send invoices automatically because I have different emails to send them to, but the business account only holds 1 email. I am curious if anyone had experience with assigning a credit card and email with a specific locations that would allow invoice to only be sent to the information on that location. Or if someone has a better solution I am open to trying them. I know a lot of people have suggested for me to make different business accounts or do parent and child accounts, but that does not really work for retaining CRM the way I would like. Is there a way to change existing fixed assets to post depreciation to expense accounts without potentially breaking the standard fixed asset functionality.

I have a landed cost document that needs to be paid before product is received, these fees need to be allocated to the cost of the item. But landed cost documents can’t be paid without a PO receipt. Is there a work around that allows me to easily allocate these fees to the unit cost? Thanks!

We’ve used Avalara for quite a few years, and it works well in Acumatica, but the pricing is becoming astronomical with their year over year increases.  Wondering if anyone else has experience with less expensive options for sales tax calculation that integrates easily in Acumatica without custom integration needed.

Wondering if anyone is successfully using Bank feeds in Canada? Looking for strategies that work.  The client banks at BMO and BNC and we’ve had a hard time making connections to either. We’ve tried both Plaid and MX with no real success.  We did have a connection to BMO but using a bank card instead of normal account credentials but that has since stopped working. And at one point we were able to connect successfully using MX but the Refresh did not return any transactions on accounts that definitely had transactions.  Very frustrating!

Good morning community,We are fairly new to the system and our data was transferred from Quickbooks. I have locations on accounts with different emails to send invoices to various departments. How do I assign emails to different locations instead of the main email address on the bill to.

I can create a percentage of individual wages accounts to be shown as a % of Total Sales. However, my client wants the calculations to be different based on different areas and Im not sure if this can be done.For Example, we have 5 wages accounts and 3 Sales Accounts.Wages Regular  to be shown as a % of the  Sales Regular accountWages Casual  to be shown as a % of the Sales Casual AccountWages Supervisor, Wages Manager, Wages Clerical to be shown as a percentage of total sales. The accounts change throughout the report.  Is there a mechanism to do this within the ARM reports.I have tried using rowcode and baserowcode calculations but only get to a certain point.Any indications of how this should be setup would be most appreciated.Thanking you

I need to know how to close a AP Bill that has already been paid and closed, but reopened due to its Account being reclassified. I have listed the full process the Bill went through below.Billed Entered Approved Released Paid in full by a check, closing the Bill Bill was then reclassed using “Reclassify Bill” functions and specifically the Account was changed during the reclassification.The bill is still linked to the check and it shows that it was paid and the amount paid, but is in open status.The check that it is tied to still shows the full amount as well

When I initiated the reclass and attempted to ‘release’ the bill, I received an error message ‘Updating the ‘PMRegister record failed because data in some field is too long’ (screenshot is below)How can I shorten the description so that I can release the bill?Thank you. 

There’s many times I need to do an entry to hit a direct customer’s account in AR or vendor’s account in AP.  How can I do this in Acumatica?  Here’s a screenshot of an example how I used to do it in Quickbooks: 

Just wondering if anyone might know the answer on the Customer Contract (CT301000) you can set an Expiration Date. There is also a Status of Expired but i cannot see any Action/Process that will set the Contract to Expired as the Contract will stay active. If i change the Date to be in the Past it does not update the Status 

We have several customers who are paying through a Credit Card portal that is integrated into our Acumatica. Our main location is Atlanta, but we have customers paying from Orlando and Nashville using the portal.Acumatica will process the payments and the funds will be received. However, the funds will only go into our Atlanta Bank account and not the company for which the transaction took place. This then leaves the transaction as pending processing or balanced (unable to release or close). This is creating many Inter-branch Acumatica Issues. See screen shot below: My questions,1. will activating the Inter-branch Transaction feature in Acumatica release these transactions and show as paid? 2. If activating the Inter-branch feature, will this cause any other issues within Acumatica? Is this a viable solutio

Hi Acumatica!How can I make the following pivot table display periods ascending chronologically, and sort the GL accounts by name?The constraints of this task are that the GL account displayed on the pivot table is a concatenation of the account CD and the account name, and the financial period displayed is a concatenation of the last 2 and first 4 digits of the Fin period ID.In this example, I was able to sort the columns chronologically only after including the Fin Period ID on the pivot table, but I would like to hide it for readability.Thank You!!! 

Hello, I would like to see a report that shows a list of our customers and the average amount of days it takes for each customer to pay their AR invoice. Does this currently exist in Acumatica or is there a way to quickly create it or add it? Any help that you all can provide would be greatly appreciated. Not looking for an integration.

Do any UK users have experience of setting up Acumatia to support collection of Direct Debits ?This involves sending an XML file every month to a bank with details of the Direct Debit payments being requested from customers i.e. customers bank details, an amount to be collected, a collection date etc.
