I need assistance cleaning up my purchases clearing.  I have a balance hanging in the account due to incorrectly receipting a quantity of 6 when the order quantity was only 3.  What is the best way to correct this in the system? 

Under the GL Account tab, the COGS Account does not show up.  However, in the customization fields list, it is there, along with the all the fields that DO show up.  I can’t find anything different in the settings for that field than the others.  How do i get the COGS account field to display on the tab?  I’m new at this  and somewhat lost, even after watching videos, because what is shown in the videos does not seem to work for this.  Thanks for any help

Need a solution for the prepayment with inventory with 5% discount if paid in curtain time plus shipping.Out company created a shipping cost  PO invoice separately from inventory. This helps us to understand what PO received/not received.I need to prepay inventory plus shipping cost. I cant add the shipping cost as an additional line to the inventory prepayment because we dont get discount on the shipping cost. What would be the best solution in this case?  I hope I am clear with my problem :)

Client wants to know if they do something like remodel a building can they extend the useful life of that building asset?  The Useful Life is grayed out.  Wondering how one might go about changing the life (extending the life) of a fixed asset.

Previous version term is Quick Cheque which can be changed to another term (Quick Payment) via this screen    Thanks!

I am not in any way knowledgable on how to setup tax zones for a Canadian client.  Are there detailed instructions on how to setup tax zones for an Acumatica tenant that does have Canadian Localization turned on?For example : I want two tax zones setup for British ColombiaCADBC with GST 5% and PST 7% (GST GL# 2510, sub 00009.900)(PST GL# 2510, sub 00100.900)CADBCSR with only GST 5% (GST to GL# 2510, sub 00009.900)What are the steps I need to perform to do this?And then be able to assign those tax zones to Employees, which I know how to do.(BTW, these will exclusively be used for Expense receipts)

Hi! Is there a way to automatically release AP check payments as soon as the check is printed? The goal is to prevent fraud. My client is concerned anyone can just reprint checks because Acumatica gives you this ability on the Release Payments screen. I’m wondering if there is dedicated functionality for this. I’m aware you can use access rights and business events but I just wanted to double check.

We are seeing the below error message with our Sales Tax (Prepare) issue and we don't see any tax reporting at all. This is the first time we run Sales tax reporting as the customer went live in Acumatica in April 2024During testing we were able to run sales tax reporting. What issues can I review to fix this?

I need to add the Qty available to the Inventory Valuation report, however the entire report seems to be based off Qty on hand in the INTranCost table. We need to know how much of a given product is available and the total cost of everything sitting on the shelf unsold.  Has anyone else tried adding this field to the report in report designer?

How to use cash account details to find discrepancy in between Bank Rec & Trial Balance Summary ending balance. My Bank Rec cash account balance & Trial Balance Summary ending balance have not been matching for a couple of months and can not seems to find the discrepancy, I saw a article saying the cash account details can help but I’m not sure how or what i should be looking for.any help would be appreciated!Thank you, 

We have run into a costly issue of “ghost” PO’s being sent that none of our buyers claim ever sending. Is there a way of removing the “email purchase order” option from users (picture below)?  I have tried revoking access right to “Print/Email Purchase Orders” from the role but users are still able to accidently use the “Email Purchase Order” option.  

How do I update Customer Credit Limit for groups of customers with different values? We have appx. 1000 customer Credit Limit changes/updates to make (out of our 2500 total customers) with multiple different $$$ value limits. We prefer not to do these manually. Thank you.

Can subaccounts be turned on in the Enable/Disable screen after GL transactions have been released/posted?

Hi all,We’re getting to the point of closing out the financial periods after they’re reconciled so no changes can be made to them after the fact, but we’re not there yet.  Having that said, every month I reconcile the bank accounts and release the reconciled statements.  I’ve been doing this for many months now with no issue.  This month I am off (my bank balance in trial GL balance is off).  I back-tracked a few months and found a discrepancy started 2 months back and prior to that. My question is, how can I easily identify any changes to transactions after they’ve already been released in the reconciliation statement?  Likewise, how do I easily identify any “new” transactions posted to the account for that financial period after it has already been reconciled for the month? Is there any easy way to view unreconciled transactions to a specific cash account?  Or ones that were once reconciled and now say are deleted? To summarize:

I just discovered that in a Multi branch company “without balancing configuration” that the TB import feature does not provide the Branch as a column in the mapping so that the P&L can be imported by the appropriate Branch, GL Account, and Subaccount. This TB feature assumes that all branches will balance when imported individually when it will not balance. The sum of all Branches Trial Balances being imported for Balance Sheet and P&L will balance but not a given branch. How do I import TB for this multi branch not requiring balancing scenario?

Hello,I’m wondering if it’s possible to get a report that has GL activity for the month of April at the transaction level for the purpose of splitting the activity into two sections 4/1-4/25 and 4/26-4/30?It would most likely be trying to open up the Account Details Inquiry to allow for more than one GL account. Open to any other ideas  might have to get that data.Thanks.
